It's really annoying to be the first to post such a bad review, but let me clarify that this is not about the couch itself, but about how badly it was delivered. TODAY was supposed to be the delivery day for my couch. My apartment is conveniently located in the heart of NYC The item left the great state of IL on Tuesday (today is Saturday) because there was plenty of time for it to reach me by today. I had my neighbors help me move the old couch as well as clear the hallways so that there would be plenty of room for the delivery men. A search was done by XPO and they found that the box was STILL SITTING IN ILLINOIS today! What the heck? My apartment has just been moved from the front to the back so the sofa could fit in (tiny apartments in Manhattan require a lot of strategy) and my neighbors have now postponed their own plans for the day owing to my move. It's all a bunch of flak. The flakiness from XPO and Amazon has impacted more than one person and interfered with my schedule. XPO said it was Amazon's fault. Amazon said it was XPO's fault. XPO and Amazon have failed spectacularly. We are very disappointed and burdened by this. A SECOND UPDATE The Amazon website re-launches I had a new couch shipped to me, and this one arrived smoothly and in perfect This chair has heavy brass legs and it required a lot of hand strength to screw them into the bottom, but they feel sturdy to me. The seat is somewhat hard, while the back cushions are more robust. However, it is still quite beautiful and comfortable. There is a sense in which it seems to be larger in person. Thank you so much! I'm very pleased with my purchase and hope this lasts a long time! I also noticed that the price dropped just recently! It was unfortunate to miss that one, but it's not the end of the world There would still be a double price difference between the couch from West Elm and what it costs on Amazon. You're better off to spend the money and hassle.

Until I try it again, I cannot speak to how it holds up. Although it is not as beautiful as I expected, I think it is quite lovely. It was wonderful to find that the seat cushion was attached and it was comfortable as well There is a zipper connected to each of the back cushions. There are 4 children in my home who do not like cushions that are not One of the reasons we were in the market for new couches in the first place is because of this. In addition to the brass feet, the design is just lovely. In less than 10 minutes from the time the box arrived, my husband was able to attach the feet. It is my hope that it will last a long time so I can utilize it for years to come!.

It looks nice and is easy to put together. Getting my order delivered was difficult, but will have to do with This is a comfortable sofa, but it took me some time to get accustomed to it because it is quite I hope that the cushions break in more over time. They are starting to look a bit used after only a couple weeks, but not too bad. There is a bit of a bummer that the bottom cushion cannot be removed for cleaning, but it is nice that it doesn't move around when you get up, sit down, or stand. Despite the fact that we do not think it should be a deciding factor, our cat loves this sofa and sleeps all the time on it. The overall experience with this purchase has been positive, and I would recommend it to others.

Grey fabric was the fabric used on the couch I purchased in July I've had it for about 7 months and I still enjoy it pretty much the same. Although it was not very expensive, about $800, it had the look I wanted, and was just the right Sadly, the fabric has started to pile a little where everyone sits, so it isn't something that will likely last for years and years and years to come, but at this price point, I wasn't expecting it. There is a difference between these cushions and those on the cognac version. The cushions on this version are removable. There is a big advantage in having removable cushions, since if one needs to remove them for sleeping on the couch, there is a lot of extra space. I love it. As far as sleep is concerned, it's not bad. While it isn't as soft or cushy as I expected it to be, it still has a great foundation and provides great support. I am impressed with it and don't regret I invested the money whatsoever. My expectation is that this couch will last for at least four years It will last for 5 years before it needs to be replaced. I assembled it in a matter of minutes.

Buying it online made me a little nervous, but it turned out to be everything I expected It appears to be sturdy and incredibly durable, plus the fabric feels soft and is very resilient. It's a beautiful shade of gray, not dull at all. The size surprised me because I didn't measure it and I am surprised it is so spacious I would estimate that it can hold two reasonably substantial men. It will not only stand the test of time, but will also be extremely sturdy.

The sofa is exceptional. It is durable and comfortable and comes in a beautiful shade of blue. There was only one thing to do, and that was to attach the legs. We had an excellent experience from purchase through delivery and assembly.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this couch is. Leather that is super thick and soft. I love how comfortable it is! In multiple layers of packing, the package arrived in perfect condition. NOW IS THE TIME TO ORDER! There is no reason to regret this decision!.
