Novogratz 2360679N Z Stevie, Convertible Sofa Bed & Couch, Blue Velvet Futon

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase this couch owing to the lack of detailed reviews, but I decided to take a risk after seeing the overall sentiment was positive. I am sharing my honest review of this couch here starting from the moment I carried it to my apartment A package - This was not the fault of UPS or Novogratz, but the couch came ripped (see second photo), which is a real disappointment. It was nearly impossible to protect the couch from harm other than with a thin, cloth cover. Nothing extra should be padded. I created this video from Georgia to New Jersey, so keep that in mind if you are much farther from Georgia than I am, don't be alarmed if something is ripped. The following - It is a clever method of packaging. Wearing a comfortable appearance and feeling comfortable - It's a beautiful couch, as it says in the title of my review. The pink blush color is what I ordered. The photos make the velvet look mostly brown, but the fabric has a nice sheen and a little pink undertone. The following - There is no sagging on the couch. The couch may not be comfortable enough for someone who is used to soft, plush couches. This couch probably won't last that long anyway. The material may soften with time and use, but I don't see this couch lasting that long. I don't think this couch is terrible, but it isn't exceptional either. Even with the same amount of money, it seems like you could get a much more durable and effective device You can relax comfortably on a couch built for this purpose. To get help with the rip, I'm still waiting for customer support to reply. I will update my review if they get back to me. The following update was released in December 2020. Having contacted DHP and Novogratz, I am quite pleased with their response. In both cases, neither allegedly said they could assist with a return, replacement, or repair.

Not a single piece of It was the size of the model that motivated me to buy it. I needed something small that would fit Despite its being alright, there were a few more pieces from the same brand that I would have preferred. I found it comfortable enough, but don't get worried about losing a screw during assembly. It doesn't include any extras.

Creating my music room was made to reflect my love of retro design. They were not as functional, but still worked. You can't go wrong with this Novogratz futon! It is clear that Novogratz makes a great product (have a lot of their bed frames), but I was a bit concerned about the This is one of the best presentations I've ever seen. I am very happy with my purchase, even though it is a little firmer than I expected. The price is really good for what you get.

The song is so good that I don't mind that it was the wrong one, but am only confused as to how I got it. I took me about 30 minutes of my own time to put it together (after unboxing). My son and I are very happy with this futon. I was concerned that it would be cheaply made because it was much less expensive than similar futons elsewhere, but it is an extremely well constructed futon that works perfectly as extra seating in our bedroom.

The room looks nice in my apartment and it was a comfortable place to sleep for my guests. There is more of a light lilac tint to it, but I generally liked it. Assembling the chair was very straightforward for me, but I do recommend that someone else assist you in this section. While it may not be as soft as a cushioned couch, I prefer it to be rigid. Yes you should be careful when you assemble this couch since losing even one screw can make a world of difference.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that one of the buttons was not attached. There is no 'replacement' part for the entire couch. Contacting the seller has been difficult at best. Since I live on a remote island, it is impossible for me to return the entire thing. **The color is quite nice. The velvet leaves a few butt marks when we get up, but it is otherwise soft and maintainable. Very easy to set up and seems sturdy enough so that it will last for a long time. It's far away.

My experience with them was not good - I waited all morning for them to arrive and the status read "delivered and handed off directly" The driver could not be reached without the help of Amazon customer service. Even though I was home all morning and could hear the doorbell ringing, no attempt was made to contact me with a message It was nice to see the sofa itself packed so well. A single person is not likely to find it easy to unpack or assemble, let alone assemble it by themselves. It is very heavy, but as described, it is also very sturdy. Although this item is quite dissatisfying with the chipped corner, I decided to keep it because I am not sure I will be willing to return it and have to reorder and go through the entire process.
