From an almost upright position to a slight incline, there are actually several positions for the 'arms,' so you can find the perfect angle for napping. Product is okay, but I don't imagine it will last very Despite only being used a few times, the cushion is already flatten. The price you pay is the price you get. There is an exact duplicate of this item at my local WalMart for a slightly cheaper price and a better color.
The moving parts of the couch lock into place at various angles, making it ideal for a resting place. A few years after purchase, an update is in order. The bed is still functional, but the annoying bump in the middle means that it can only comfortably accommodate smaller framed people or children. You might want to look elsewhere if this will be regularly slept on.

The backs of it can be adjusted in a variety of different ways, which I like.
