There were four boxes in a package. We had to replace a slat on the frame because the frame had a broken slat and we did not have the tools and material to do so ourselves. There was a cover for the animal print that had been positioned upside down. It had to be removed and correctly reinstalled. In the absence of my son being home for the holidays, I would have sent back to find a way to fix the damaged flat and aid in the removal and installation. The battery should be able to last. Very comfortable and looks good. It is very heavy as well.

Though I received my mattress late, it was better to have it than not have it at all. It will be nice to see how it comes out once it's put together.

This needs to be improved. In the pictures, it looks good. I just wish they hadn't sent me the wrong storage drawers, since that means I have to contact them and wait a few more days. In general, the bed looks nice, but I wish the wood on the frame was a bit more durable. The left arm was scratched upon arrival, but I won't bother to fix it. It's annoying enough that the wrong color bins arrived. There is no doubt that the mattress is very If that makes any sense, then this could be good news for someone who is looking for a sturdy mattress, however, personally I envision a bit of firmness mixed with a touch of softness or memory foam. Moreover, I have problem assembling the sturdy mattress on top of the frame. I understand it takes two people to assemble but I always expect people to unfold and fold the couch back up again once it's finished. In the end I just hope the sturdy heavy mattress does not crack.
