A replacement part has been dispatched by Kodiak. As a result of contacting Kodiak Furniture, I received a replacement for the damaged item. Despite my lack of budget, I received the item the next day. My experience with their customer service has been excellent, and the futon works well as a couch, but I am hesitant about using There is nothing I dislike about it, but its frame broke right away and it is very comfortable to sit on. The camper was purchased by our family. In the beginning, we assembled the bed and sat on it for a few minutes, and it seemed great, but we haven't used it since then. One problem with the purchase was the plastic boards for the seat and backrest were attached to the straps in the wrong direction. Adjust with just a few cuts of the straps and flipping of the boards on the ends. Please note that straps are only for ease of assembly and are not structural.
