When I bought this futon, I hoped for the best, but it's a lot of trouble! From day one, the black plastic divot that was supposed to be was already sunken into the couch and no matter how hard I tried to dig it out, it just wouldn't come out; second, the side part of the frame that came partially assembled (aside from taking 4 hours to set up) keeps coming apart and no matter how hard I try to hammer the side frame back together with a cloth in between, it just won't stay together! Every day, it falls apart, and it's inconvenient to have to kick it with my shoes all of the time!! The colors are fantastic! It's huge and I bought it online with no way to transport it, so I never attempted to get a refund because it seems to be such a hassle! I got the Navy blue and the color of the wood frame is beautiful, but it's not made as well as it looks and definitely not worth the $400 I paid! In general, the product is excellent, simple to assemble, and quite comfortable. However, instead of the navy blue mattress that I had requested, I was given a green mattress. They demanded that I return the entire order weeks after I first contacted them, when they should have sent me the correct color. It was a bad experience, and my futon now sits in my office looking unattractive.

This futon is lovely, but it broke on the first day we had it. I contacted the seller to request a replacement piece, but they informed me that they were unable to do so because they were out of stock. br>However, they did offer me the option of disassembling the entire item and returning it for a complete refund. What is the best way to return a full-page advertisement? size futon mattress that was already set up when it arrived in a small vacuum-sealed box at your house? Because I couldn not mail this whole thing back I had no choice but to take the 15%
So all in all after receiving the 15% refund I had no choice but% When it's set up as a couch or bed, one of the main support beams has broken, and we can't lay or sit on it. I am extremely dissatisfied that they were unable to send me a replacement piece or provide a more favorable refund for an item that is no longer usable. br>Our item, in addition to breaking the first day we had it, has an extremely unpleasant odor. It smells like bug spray, which isn't a compliment. br>It was so bad that we couldn't even be in the same room where the futon was airing out for the first two or three days because of the strong chemical odor. It's been more than a week, and the odor is still present, but it's getting better. br>Apart from the broken item that isn't working and the foul odor, the futon is lovely and appears to be very comfortable. We haven't slept on it yet because it still smells, but I did go to Home Depot and buy some wood to try to repair the broken piece as best I could. I 100% regret buying this item and it was a complete waste of time and money even after some what fixing it I 100% regret buying this item and it was a complete waste.

Is it possible that I received a dud? Whatever the case may be, the packaging was ruined. Out of the box, there were a lot of hardware pieces strewn about. Thankfully, I had everything I needed. I did this by myself because the instructions were clear, but I would strongly advise having two people. They put mine on the wrong side and it isn't supposed to come up easily. The mattress has an indicator on it indicating which side needs to go face down. It started falling apart on one side that was only held together by wood dowels on the second day I had it. The color, on the other hand, is appealing, and the mattress is extremely comfortable. I will not return the item because it is too inconvenient for me. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> After attempting to repair with wood glue, the futon has completely disintegrated, necessitating the purchase of brackets for additional support. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and wish I could return it and receive a refund. This is one item that I strongly advise against purchasing.

The two packages arrived promptly, ahead of schedule, and in good condition. It wasn't difficult to set up, and the videos were extremely helpful. My guest said it was very comfortable the first night she slept in it. She's been sleeping on it for the past two weeks and is still enamored with it. br>br>After the first use, the arm piece (which came preassembled) started to separate. We contacted Amazon to see if a replacement part could be obtained or if the problem could be resolved. They stated that the only way to resolve the problem was to return it and receive a refund. If we needed it, they offered to send someone to get it for us. br>I liked the futon and didn't want to return it; instead, I wanted to have it repaired. I contacted Kodiak Furniture around 10 p. m. and received a response the next morning requesting mailing information. I got a tracking number with the replacement part less than an hour later! That's incredible! br>br>I've already recommended this futon to a family member, and I'll admit that I'm looking forward to sleeping on it once my visitor has left. It is extremely comfortable and attractive.
