Having just received my yellow couch a few days ago, I wanted to share my experience. So far, I've been so happy with my purchase! Five out of ten for assembly difficulty The piece is big, so you'd need a lot of strength and time to assemble, but it's doable with a little help. The price range is $300 to $600 As a $400 sleeper sofa, I am aware that it isn't going to be solidly handcrafted mahogany, stuffed with rare Norwegian goose down and/or a piece of heirloom furniture that will endure through generations. I knew I wouldn't be getting what I paid for, and I knew that going in. If I get five or seven years of service out of this guy, I'll be overjoyed. With its combination of squishy foam and supportive coils, this couch is a very comfortable option. As of now, I have not slept on it, and I will update then, but it will probably be a decent bed for a family member or a friend staying for a long weekend or two. I. M. You knew it wouldn't survive repeated or prolonged manhandling going in, but you didn't know how much longer it would survive. The price range it is in makes it a great sleeper sofa, and you won't get a better one in the same class anywhere else. Are you confident it will last you 20 years, even if you use it heavily? Not at all. Is it going to be a cute little sleeper sofa that you can use for the occasional house guest in addition to lounging and doing some work? It will look darn cute the entire time, too.

Up front, let's talk about what's important In the end, it is a great result. Clean and very nice, and it is very comfortable, too. It seems as though things are going well - The fact that both sections can be adjusted independently and that there is good ventilation is one of my favorite things. Legs are hidden in front of the zippered backs to stabilize the chair when it's in use. The good news is that it makes a big difference over what we had before for a pretty reasonable price. The bad news is that it slows us down. In general Delivery In my opinion, I am not sure Amazon should even sell this, since the delivery companies are not prepared to deal with The FedEx driver who left a delivery request for me seemed to go out of their way to find reasons not to deliver it, including claiming that my gate was not working, and that my home was closed, though I was actively home and no attempts were It took hours of arguing with them over the phone before they finally agreed to deliver the package. An apparently small delivery person in a small van came outside and rang me, and I was able to meet him. He could not lift the box on his own due to its heavy weight and size. I had to help him. Nonetheless, I am not at all equipped to handle something like this as the delivery companies are NOT at all equipped to do so. The moment we reached my apartment complex and the staircase, we realized we were not going to be able to carry the car up. We attempted to break the box in order to put together the parts, and as we did so, parts began to fall out. In order to prevent these kinds of occurrences in the future, it might be a good idea for the company to reinforce the corners with plastic sheeting. Our only option was to rip open the box in the alleyway and take the individual pieces up ourselves, with my fingers crossed every step of the way that none of the pieces had gone He was finally on his way after everyone had been ushered in. The assembly entails The pieces were all present, and thankfully they all fitted together. Everything was packed in a package that was kept in between the cushions, ensuring it won't get damaged, with only the larger pieces being visible on the outside. Instructions were mostly clear, but they warn not to over-assembly. You are told to tighten until done, but never indicate when you should tighten and how seriously they mean it. Over time, I managed to find several components that are not overly complex When it was being tightened, it meant barely screwing it in at all, because if it got any closer to its finished spot, the holes wouldn't line up with the next step. We then ran into a serious problem on step 2. There was a mistake on one of the side pieces This screw has the right size holes for the hand-tightened, double-sided screws The bolts are provided with ended ends. They wouldn't go in more than a little bit. Then, after assuming it was me that was causing the trouble, I tried the other side piece and it went in with no questions asked. In my tests, I tried several screws and all the holes to verify that every single one was wrong on that side piece. In order to get in touch with the company, I used the form on their website, then had a telephone call from them. Then we communicated via email, sending photos, proof of purchase, etc. They sent a replacement, which arrived TEN days later, but worked fine.

The rest of the setup went downhill quickly. You need a lot of patience to put this I couldn't line up the screw holes on the main unit because of the weight of the piece. As someone used to IKEA, you will definitely not find this at all familiar. A lot of profanity was thrown around during this process, and sweat and annoyance were abundant. In the end, it was completed, and the results are known. Although I recommend this futon, you should heed the warnings and keep it away from pets and children. Plan ahead, you won't have to overtighten screws, you'll have calming music to listen to, and leave some time for things to settle and water (or stronger) nearby.

This is the first time we've had a yellow couch. Unlike what appears in the pictures, the yellow isn't as bright as it appears in the description. Instead of being a 'brown mustard' color, it is more of a 'spicy brown mustard' color. This color is described as a "yellow mustard. " We You won't have to worry about it staining as easily as the yellow. We were worried about assembly because of the reviews, but it turned out to be much easier than we thought! It was easier to use our own tools instead of the tools they give you, as theirs aren't the best. As it turns out, the bar on the back of the couch is not as prominent as I expected it to be, and I like that it gives the couch better support when used A single person can fit in it comfortably, and two people if they like to cuddle. In general, it seems pretty sturdy, and we are happy with our decision to buy this futon. Having read dozens of reviews on futons, I found that each futon will have something that someone somewhere dislikes, but we were pleased with our decision to get this particular futon.

It's awesome that this couch exists. This would be similar to something that you could Although it might not be the most comfortable thing to sleep on, it can be used for short stays or as a kids' bed. The thing is only big enough for one adult. Two adults would be miserable on it. It's important to note that you will still have to do all of the work yourself while saving money. It took a bit of time for Amazon to resolve the issue because the first unit I received was missing a bit of the mechanism. Customer service is often frustrating, but at least the issue was resolved. In my opinion, it was worth the effort. This is my new couch, and I love it!.
