This is an excellent buy! Okay, after a long period of searching for a couch on Amazon, I've finally decided on this one. Even after reading all of the reviews, I'll try to answer all of my questions about shipping. br> Fedex shipped it from Minnesota on September 12th, and it arrived in Los Angeles on September 15th (I mistyped my address, so Fedex couldn't deliver it until July 18th). br>Get a whiff of it. Someone mentioned that there was a foul odor? That is not the case with mine. The cushions have a faint odor that reminds me of the inside of a brand-new acoustic guitar. Thank you for the wonderful scent. br>Packaging is a term that is used to describe the process of putting something together. Frame parts in one box, cushions compressed in another (I've been on it for 15 minutes and am writing this on it). It's so relaxing! If this is important to you, it is made in the United States. And yes, it comes with the covers; if you want more, you'll have to purchase them separately. For me, this is sufficient. I was able to carry both boxes inside by myself (I'm not the strongest female)br>I'll update the rest of the points once I've put it together and used it for a few days. So far, everything has gone well! br>br>All right, it's been a day, and I'm loving it. It's difficult to find something as comfortable as this for less than $300. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes br>br>Back support: I was worried that the back support wouldn't be strong enough to hold two people without them being against a wall, but it is. You simply cannot place so much emphasis on it. Included are the necessary tools. It should take no more than an hour. br>Another thing to keep in mind is that you won't be able to return it if you buy it. It's simply not worth the trouble. Once the cushions are gone, you'll need to find a new box that's big enough, ship it, and pay the restocking fee of 25%.
Instant regret due to the lack of corners and back support. I had low expectations and figured things couldn't be that bad, and based on the cushion pictures in both the product description and customer reviews, I figured I'd get something at least acceptable. This was not the case, unfortunately. To begin with, I placed an order for one color but received a different one. If this was a good product, I wouldn't have cared about the color difference. But it simply isn't the case, and it's not even close. The cushions are only half as full as the mattresses depicted in the photos. I know it says it could take a few days to decompress, but based on the material, I don't think that'll happen. It's a dreadfully thin blend that will never puff up and support your lower back or bum. The specified thickness of the cushion/mattress is nowhere near 5"- 6" after several hours of shaking it out. 6" - When left alone, it's closer to 3" (Pictures 1 and 2). 3), and when you put any weight/pressure on it, it instantly flattens out to 1" (Picture 2). When you try to lean back (Pic 4), the pillows go right through the frame, and the corner-to-corner-to-corner-to-corner-to-corner-to-corner-to-corner-to-corn a prime location- Because the two ends don't meet and there's a couple inches gap that can't support anything due to the cushion's thinness (Pic 5), it's completely devoid of support or closure. It's the equivalent of tossing a heavy blanket over a raw wood/metal bed frame and calling it a futon. I couldn't believe how bad it was, so as soon as I saw it and sat down on it, I burst out laughing like Steve Allen (google/youtube it). Lol. I laughed even harder when I realized I had purchased the protection plan for this garbage, as I slowly realized this was the most regrettable $300 purchase I have ever made on Amazon. I knew right away that I'd never be able to get over this error, and that returning it, even with the seller's cooperation, would be a nightmare because now there's this. thing. in my own personal space I'm not sure how I'm going to use it.
Overall, I like this as a small-space option, but we had to make a change right away. It looks great in the room and isn't at all tacky. We added a 2 inch thick foam pad to the "mattress" when we first put it together so I wouldn't feel the slats through it. It made it 100% more comfortable and zipped up well because of it. I like how the arms can be adjusted to any height, allowing me to customize my comfort depending on which pillow I'm using. br>br>My other complaint, after taking my first nap on it, is the small fasteners that are placed on the mattress. They keep the mattress layers fitted to the cover and make it look cute with the little bunting indentations. They itch me, however. They're one-inch long, dry pasta noodle-shaped fasteners that rotate just right to scrape past an arm or leg as you move around. Will I be able to keep the couch if this happens? No. However, it's possible that I'll change it in the future. br>br>It's Corgi-approved in terms of height, and it'll be a great piece to build around as I finish up this room.
In one, there is a frame, while in the other, there are cushions. I had some assembly issues and contacted the seller, who promptly returned my call. I've never had an Amazon seller call me. Anyone would benefit from this seller's and product's services. I looked at all of the options for these adjustable arm single futons and did a lot of research on them. I'm overjoyed with my final decision, and I especially like the click-clack multi-sensory experience. In the arms, create a position design! Some people were curious about the solid-color fabric. Gray was the color I chose. It's not a textured weave; instead, it's a soft microfiber-based weave. If you rub your hand across it, it morphs into something else. The sheen is altered. I'm pleased with this because I believe it will be simple to clean and it feels great on the feet. It's zippered, but it's also tufted, so there's no way to remove it. I'll deploy my bissel if necessary. It isn't as soft as a cloud, but it is perfectly comfortable for me as a place to unwind and watch streaming movies, nap, or read a book, and I am fatter than I wish I was. The man, who stands at 6'1, has no qualms about sleeping on it. Even when we're lying on our side, we're at ease.
