THIS CART SHOULD BE PURCHASED. Okay, this is only my second Amazon review in my years as an avid Amazon user, but it's critical for this product/company. This was ordered with the intention of having it delivered to our home in time for our New Year's Eve celebration. I completed the project only to discover that the glass piece (the final step) would not fit due to a manufacturing error in the metal frame. So, on a Friday late afternoon, I emailed Nathan James Furniture directly, and they promptly responded. They recognized how aggravating this was and assured me that a replacement would be sent out as soon as possible. I told them I needed it for the party, but it didn't arrive in time due to the holiday weekend and the fact that it wasn't prime shipping; however, we were able to fix the one we already had and use it! They told me not to send anything back and to keep both pieces, which I thought was fantastic. br>br>YOU'D THINK MY FAVORITE REVIEW WOULD STOP RIGHT HERE, BUT IT DOESN'T! I thought my boyfriend was being super cute when I got a random package from Godiva Chocolate a month later. He wasn't the one, to be sure. To apologize and thank me for my patience, Nathan James Furniture sent me Godiva chocolate truffles. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY I've never had such outstanding customer service, and I'm still in awe of it. br>br>Aside from that, the bar cart is fantastic; I love how it looks and how sturdy it is. It was precisely what I needed. br>br>Lesson to be learned: Nathan James is where I will always buy furniture, and you should as well. Please accept my sincere gratitude for taking the time to read this lengthy review.

This bar cart is fantastic; I was looking for something to add to our dining room to make it more welcoming and hospitable, and this was the perfect addition. Because I can move it around to where we're sitting, it makes entertaining a lot easier. It was simple to assemble and has performed admirably. I love how sleek and modern it is, and how well it blends in with the rest of our furnishings. I would buy this item again without hesitation.

It had to be small, blend in with casual southwestern decor, and be sturdy enough to move around for parties, so I looked for a long time. All of my requirements are met by the cart. It only took me about 20 minutes to put together. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend it to others.
(Tip: I'd try a different screw if the ornery one wouldn't go in easily, and it'd work fine; the ornery screws always worked somewhere else.

Both the original and replacement had rusted ends to the posts, which caused paint chipping when screwed together, and much of the metal components had small scratches and chips. It also appears to be less expensive than shown. Topping it off, my Amazon return experience was a nightmare, with one of these sitting on my front step for a week before being picked up, the other not being scheduled for pick up or fitting back into the box, and me becoming so frustrated that I simply ate the cost and got rid of this hunk of junk.

When I asked her what she liked about it, she said everything, including how sturdy it is, how well it rolls, and how modern it looks. The only thing she wishes it had on the top shelf was a wood base rather than glass. As a result, I would buy it again without hesitation. br>The only issue I had was with Amazon, who dropped the price $20 a few days after I had already received and assembled this item. I contacted the manufacturer, thinking the price reduction was due to them, but it was actually due to Amazon. They also said I could return it for a full refund because Amazon doesn't do price adjustments. I wasn't about to take it away from my niece after she had finished putting it together. They refused to honor the price difference, which made me angry. I contacted Nathan James, and Melanie, the company's customer service representative, was extremely helpful and offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation for my problem. That was a thoughtful gesture on their part, and I appreciated it. As a result, I strongly advise you to purchase this item, as well as any other Nathan Brown product. The bar cart also comes with a five-year warranty, which is quite impressive.

Assembling it isn't as difficult as putting together Ikea furniture. A similar level of quality exists. The cart appears to be in excellent condition, and the wood does not appear to be as deteriorated as some of the comments suggested. I like it; it's a good value for the money. br>(The jokes in the instruction manual were hilarious!.

This is the bar cart that you should purchase! This bar cart has a fantastic overall appearance. It was simple to put together, and I enjoyed the amusing instructions that appeared as you progressed through the steps. Aside from a few items already included in the box, you don't need any additional tools. br>br>Towards the end of the cart's construction, there were a few issues with one of the bolts not being able to be screwed in, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, I didn't need it because the cart was strong enough. br>br>Once the wooden/glass components are in place, all that is left to do is clean the tempered glass. br>br>Overall, for the price, it's simple, quick, and painless to assemble, and the overall aesthetic of the cart is appealing and looks great. It's a perfect match for my living space. Take note of this!.

The provided instructions included an email to contact customer service, and they responded quickly and kindly sent a replacement cart with the missing piece for the first, so now I have two carts! Customer service was extremely helpful, and the replacement cart was sent out as quickly as possible. The company's owner even sent a chocolate package as an unexpected apology. The assembly instructions, on the other hand, are quite amusing. The cart is well-made and sturdy, as well as simple to put together. It is unquestionably a purchase that should be made.
