Questions & Answers

What are the inside trays' dimensions?

The size is 15 inches wide by 31 inches long.

Will the red cart have slats or be completely solid if I order it? What is pictured vs. what is received appears to be a point of contention. Thanks! ?

There are slats on our espresso brown cart. We've had no issues with the cart, and we've even left it outside during the winter. The slats are wide, with only a quarter-inch or so between them, and run vertically when viewed from the front of the cart; we found the cart to be very sturdy and simple to use. When it's not in use, we fold it up and store it near the grill on the deck wall. I'm not sure what would happen if the red cart was used.

What is the maximum load capacity of the top shelf? My aquarium is 12 inches by 20 inches. ?

A 10 gallon aquarium, including gravel, equipment, and other accessories, weighs around 100 pounds. I wouldn't risk it; there are better options, and the mobility feature isn't appropriate for an aquarium. It's a little too sloppy.
Edit: After receiving the cart, I can confidently state that it is not suitable for an aquarium, with the exception of a small betta bowl. A weight limit of 50 pounds is stated in the manual.

What is the maximum load capacity of this cart?

On top, we have a portable gas grill, and on the bottom, we have a gas tank.

ONLY FOR INDOOR USE! I bought this cart 13 months ago based on reviews and the fact that it was advertised as an Indoor and Outdoor cart, but one of the wheels has since rusted away (see photos)
3/5

It also appears that a poor quality weld joint was to blame for the wheel failure. The cart is made of steel, which rusts when exposed to moisture. To anyone thinking about buying this item, my advice is to keep it dry and indoors. Aside from the broken wheel and rust, the cart is in good working order. "For indoor use only" should be written on the seller's listing.

Sturdy, well-made, with plenty of storage space, minimal assembly time, and a pleasing appearance, this cart is a true gem! On Amazon, I spent months looking for a kitchen cart
5/5

I eventually decided that I didn't want to deal with the hassle of putting things together. This made the decision simple; Finding a cart as functional and attractive as this one was well worth the initial hesitation. br>It's a lot bigger than I expected it to be. My heavy Kitchen Aid mixer sits on top, next to another kitchen appliance with a lot of parts, some sort of smoothie maker that I haven't used yet because it's still in its box. On the lower shelf, there's also plenty of space. The casters were installed in about 10 minutes. That was the only thing I needed to do. Because I have arthritis in my hands, I'm sure others could do it faster than me. The cart just spreads out and there it is, ready for you to load it with your belongings. I like how easy it is to move it around. It has a lot of sturdiness to it. I went with the red one because it was the cheapest and I like red. I live in a small apartment that is ideal for me. It's incredibly satisfying to be able to gather all of your kitchen supplies in one place. Now I'm able to put these items to good use. I don't think I'll ever need another, but I wouldn't mind getting one.

I just unpacked and wanted to go over the colors one more time
5/5

The Teal was described as an ugly gray in a previous review, but this is not the case. I was worried for two days because it had just arrived and I needed to unpack it as soon as possible. It is, without a doubt, teal. br>I also bought the silver, which is sort of an industrial gray, and the apple green, which is very apple green but in a matte way that I really like, and I'm ordering two more because there are so many uses.

A better method for attaching the wheels is required
3/5

If you don't plan on using this rolling cart on a daily basis, it's fine. I have three of them, and the two I use once or twice a week (one for laundry in the bedroom, which holds a laundry basket on each shelf for me to throw my dirty clothes into and then wheel into the laundry room, and one for hauling groceries or postal packages from the front door to the living room and kitchen, which stands near the front door all folded up) are still in good condition, but there is one that I use to roll things back and forth between my kitchen and living room. (It's almost like a walker for me. ) ) This one's wheels are starting to fall off, and I'm not sure how I'm going to get them to work again. The ridges on the part of the wheel that screws into the bottom of the leg have worn down to the point where they flop to one side or the other before falling out. About a year ago, I purchased these.

My cart, which is only two weeks old, is starting to rust! Advertised both indoors and outdoors! My cart is kept under the patio cover and used to store our towels when we use the hot tub
3/5

There have been a few sprinkles of rain, but it is now rusting and dripping onto my concrete patio! This should not happen because it was advertised as Indoor/Outdoor. I suppose we'll have to paint it with a protective coating to keep it from rusting and causing damage to our patio? Despite the fact that it was simple to put together and so forth, I have to give it a low rating - The manufacturer should have also used the proper type of paint for outdoor use, as it was advertised.

After four days of use, it broke
3/5

To begin with, the cart was very easy to fold and unfold; It was fine until it broke four days after it was delivered. The funny thing is, I don't mind it breaking because bad days in manufacturing happen, and that's what I chalked this up to based on the rust "inside" the leg, so I just wanted a replacement cart, so Amazon told me I'd have to go through Cosco the seller and gave me a link, and that started a long back and forth process with Cosco, who wanted this and that information, pictures of the broken cart, and the original Amazon order invoice, all of which I I had the box, the cart, and the Amazon invoice, all of which I had except for the sticker. They told me that because there was no sticker picture, there would be no replacement for the cart and that I would have to get a refund through Amazon, which I did. All I'm trying to say is that if I wanted a cart like this, I wouldn't buy it from Cosco.

It's a solid and dependable piece of equipment
5/5

I've had one of these for a few years and use it both inside and out, but after having knee surgery, I decided that having a second one would be more convenient and reduce physical stress. The cart performs admirably, with large solid wheels that easily handle cement and wood decking, as well as indoor floor tile and most rugs; however, the product description states that assembly is required. This simply means that the wheels must be screwed in place. In the traditional sense, there is no such thing as "assembly. " Invert the cart and use it for about 1 minute per wheel. Over the years, I've bought a lot of carts. This is the only one I've ever recommended and the only one I'd like to see again. The only caveat is this: Metal slats on the shelves of the old cart make it easy to dry after rain or hosing. The new cart's shelves are made of thin sold metal, which makes them a little noisier and won't drain if left outside in the rain.
