My first observation is that this product was very well packaged. Once all the pieces were put together, there was not one single damaged piece. There were standard Phillips screws everywhere (not those weird shapes that strip out) and they all fit together as they were supposed to in the correct places. In addition to fitting my bottom, the cushion is surprisingly comfortable to sit on to put on my shoes as I sit next to my four year old. Moreover, it is VERY sturdy, as demonstrated by the fact that the toddler jumped up and down on it before I caught and yelled at him. It's easy to wipe clean and does not tear easily (as demonstrated by the child who used it). The small storage trunk fits a lot of shoes and looks great in the entryway. It's a nice stop for my little ones when I'm trying to fit them into their lace up sneakers.

I was pleased to receive this undamaged and easily assemble it. One screw wouldn't tighten, at least until the other one did. The tip of that screw seemed damaged - only after close examination did I find it. There are no more points to be made. My inquiry was for one type B screw, so I contacted the company through email. In order to save money, I only ordered the smaller bench. A smaller person can also use it quite comfortably, although I am quite large. I bought it to help me and the kids put our shoes on when we leave. I was blown away by the quality of the service. I really like how it looks and the finish is gorgeous! It is a durable product and is completely designed to last.
There are clear and user-friendly instructions provided. The assembly process was easy, thanks to the user-friendliness of the product. I spent about 45 minutes on the computer. The cushion is a lot of fun to sit on, and there is plenty of storage space, I can fit all of my kid's shoes in there, along with a few pairs of my own.
