All of the joints are glued together to keep the structure square
4/5

It's perfect for my large microwave, though the instructions on how to put it together are a little difficult to follow. It's best if you use carpenter's glue to adhere everything together. However, before your glue dries, double-check your square. Some of the joints aren't perfect, so I'm just going to caulk them a little. It is, however, quite good for the price. Big. It appears to be in good condition. The handles are made of a low-cost plastic. I'm thinking about getting some that are chrome. The hinges are recessed and adjustable. The drawer sliders are a pain to use. I'm going to work on improving them. The white plastic screw head covers on the outside don't sit well with me. Over all. It appeals to my tastes. I, too, work as a carpenter. As a result, changing things is a fun project for me. If desired, paper could be used to cover the glass. It can also be painted any color you want. Everything should be glued together. A big thumbs up.

The quality is poor
3/5

This arrived today, and we assembled it. With the instructions provided, putting it together was extremely difficult. It was difficult to understand the instructions. It's also not particularly sturdy, with tears in the backing. The drawer does not slide smoothly in and out, and the handles on the bottom cabinets have been stripped. It is not even close to being worth the money we spent.

Materials that are not too expensive
3/5

You get what you pay for, but this was a waste of money. Because some of the pieces were not labeled, I had to guess at how to put them together. There's a lot of reassembly that could be done right before you put things together to make it easier to tell which way the pieces are oriented. I had to work from my phone because mine didn't come with any instructions. It's a PAIN IN THE A** to get through the back panel. There are no indications on the panel as to where the nails should go. Because the panel isn't flush with any edge, if you set it flush to one side, you only have about 1/8" to set a nail into the opposite side, resulting in blow outs through the particle board on the cabinet's show side. br>br>In retrospect, I would choose either a low-cost option that I believe provides the same level of quality, or spend the extra $100 to get something of higher quality. If this cabinet had been priced in the $100s, it would have been a great buy. I'd be more forgiving of the instructions' flaws and assembly difficulties if there were 200 of them.

Wood pieces and dirt were found in the cheap and plastic clear part; save your money for a better quality purchase! The clear piece, which is not glass, came with wood shavings in between the panels, making cleaning impossible
3/5

It was also scuffed up quite a bit. Many pieces needed to be sanded down because there were cracks in the wood and excess glue. Even at the low cost we paid for it, it is still not worth it. Very cheaply made, and it's easy to crack the wood while putting it together. Some of the pieces had already developed cracks in the wood. Simply save your money and invest in a higher-quality product.

Extra storage space at a reasonable cost! I'd give it a 4, but there are a few flaws in the construction (cheap door handles that won't stay on)
3/5

It's a great deal, but putting it together requires more than one person. It's only sturdy once the backboard is nailed on, but once that's done, it's a lovely piece of furniture. It has plenty of storage, which is exactly what we required.

It isn't even close to being worthwhile! First and foremost, the price is outrageously high for the piece of garbage you receive
3/5

Our issues started as soon as we took it out of the box! There were fewer labeled pieces than there were unlabeled pieces. br>br> Because it was in the metric system, we had to get out a measuring tape and then use Google to convert the measurements. (Which I understand, but the pieces should have been clearly labeled!) ) Some weren't even the right length at the time. br>br>There were also scratches all over the wooden pieces, as well as splotches stuck inside the plastic of the top cabinets. NOW, LET ME GET TO WORK ON THE INSTRUCTIONS. It's completely pointless. They were a waste of time. They didn't make any sense. Some of the steps were even omitted! For example, it went from installing the rollers on the bottom of the cabinetry to the drawer being finished in a matter of minutes! We had come to a halt in our pursuit of them. br>br>It says it should only take 90 minutes to build, but it took us a long time, spread out over several days. br>br>In general, it's a disaster.

I was let down
3/5

This item is a real pain in the neck. I had the option of returning it, but my husband was adamant. Don't buy it, that's the best advice I can give. The design received a single star. The cost of materials is low. The instructions are completely illogical. Get rid of them. There are no signs or labels. There are so many details to consider. Hideous!.

On top is a layer of plastic
4/5

But it's nice; the only thing that bothers me is the plastic in the middle of the top cupboards; it won't come out, and stuff is stuck between the two pieces of plastic, which I can't seem to get to fall down. It appeals to me even now.
