What a lovely piece! Tractor-trailer was used to transport it. The top and bottom came in two fully assembled pieces, so all you had to do was unwrap, place the hutch part on the bottom, and secure it with the brackets that came with it. We removed the glass doors to make it easier to lift because it's made of solid wood. We noticed a chipped corner and contacted the sellers, who offered us a generous discount within days. I'll be buying from them in the future!.
It took a long time for this piece to arrive, but it was fully assembled (it arrived in two pieces) and very heavy. Because we have children and this item is HEAVY, we used alternative materials to secure it to the wall. The piece appears to be well-made, and I appreciate that the shelves aren't adjustable, so there's no risk of them falling over. The glass is also quite thick, and the shaping has some nice subtle details. This is going to last forever.
