Thank you for your interest!br>We use the Dunlop process to make our foam. We use the Dunlop process because we believe it is more effective for a wider range of people. Although some people prefer Talalay process foam, many others dislike its "bouncy" feel. While Dunlop foam is springy, it is not as "bouncy" as Talalay foam, and we have found that it works better for a wider range of people. br>Just to be clear, our foam is made entirely of natural latex. In none of our foams do we use synthetic latex.
Soft toppers, which come in 2 and 3 inch thicknesses, are ideal for side sleepers because they provide plenty of comfort and softness. The 3" Soft is the best tool for the job if you want to give your bed a lot of give and "forgiveness" while gently carrying your hips above a firm surface.
1) After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with "soft." Many people advised doing so because the others were too firm. I have a couple of 3" twin mattresses that work great on extremely hard mattresses. I've also camped on the floor with a three-inch topper. To respond to your question, I'll say this: Soft enough to cradle these arthritic limbs while dense enough to protect them from abrasions. I've read that if you want to firm up a too soft bed, you can do so by ordering the firmer density, and you don't have to go all the way to 3". I hope this information is useful. br>2) They last a long time (so far), but you will need to purchase a thin mattress pad or cover to prevent the surface from being chewed up. They're anti-inflammatory by nature. biotic, hefty, and the wisest Amazon purchase I've ever made.
Thank you for your interest in our Pure Green latex foam, which is made in Sri Lanka. While we would love to sell foam made in the United States, there are simply no manufacturers in the United States that can match the quality of the foam we currently sell. The continuous line process is used to manufacture the majority of latex foam in the United States, resulting in a significantly lower quality product.

Memory foam and other inferior forms of foam are hot and can leave you sleeping in a hole on one of these mattresses after as little as a month, if you didn't know all four major brands are made by the same factory. br> I'm 5'7" and weigh 125 pounds; my partner is 5'11" and weighs 150 pounds; after one month, we already had indentations in our mattress. I read about the whole pillow top mattress scam, how memory foam is terrible, and how people tried multiple Beautyrest blacks and Tempurpedics only to discover that they all failed in the same way. Sagging to the point of collapse. br> So, after doing my research, I now have this on top of my one-month-old Beautyrest, and it's a godsend. br> You'll never want to sleep on memory foam again because latex is so soft and non-toxic. (I ended up with the 2' soft. ) br>This is dunlop, not talalay, and believe me when I say that talalay is NOT softer than dunlop. This topper has a Firmness rating of 20 ILD (soft). It's plush and ideal for a top layer, in my opinion. For the second and third layers, I'd go with a firmer rating, similar to what they use in pure latex mattresses. br> What I'm trying to say is that if Zen Heaven or anyone else tells you that Talalay is so much better than Dunlop, they're lying and trying to get you to pay more money. br> This product is fantastic; I only wish I had known about it before purchasing a costly innerspring. If your innerspring is in bad shape, you can even turn it over and use one of these toppers; I've heard it works wonders. Avoid memory foam at all costs; it's a waste of money. br> So, hopefully, I've saved my one-month-old Beautyrest silver from what others have gone through and added a few years to it, because the way things were going, it was destined for the dumpster in no more than six months. It's much more comfortable now with this plush latex layer that doesn't get hot on top of the Beautyrest crap pillow top that slept so hot I woke up sweating multiple Xs a night, and it's as soft as my Beautyrest rated a 7 for super softness and NO SAGGING. If you have a more serious sagging problem than I did, I recommend a firmer 3 inch, but if you buy this, you will not be disappointed, and it will last longer than your mattress. In three months, I'll give you an update on how it's holding up.
Edit: I flipped over the Beautyrest innerspring because the pillowtop was already sagging so much that I wanted to rip it off after only a month of owning it. It continued to sag under the topper, so I took the plunge and flipped it. Now there is no sagging and a 2" plush latex on top of my sheet under my sheet, with the protector on the mattress because the latex sleeps so cool; I love it! My husband, who used to sweat puddles on memory foam, now sleeps like a baby and never wakes up in pain or sweating. I saved a lot of money and my sheets still fit my queen because I always buy king for her. br> Don't risk waking up in pain because of a sagging pillowtop innersping. Flip it over and add a few inches of latex for support AND plush comfort or firm support W/E, depending on your needs. When this expires, this company will have my lifetime business; I've heard they make a great mattress, and if I had more money, I would have purchased one by now; however, this is working so well that I see no reason to spend more. I couldn't be more pleased.
I'm at a loss for what to do in this situation. br>br>I'm hoping the company notices this and contacts customer service, as I'm not sure how to do so. I ordered the 3 inch pad about 6 months ago, and it's starting to mold. Allergies keep me awake at night. I'd like to know how to get a refund or a replacement for my purchase. Thank you very much.
I'm giving it four stars at the moment. I'm surprised no one has mentioned the smell of this latex topper, which looks and feels fantastic. It has a strong rubber scent, similar to that of a tire, and I got the 2-pack. I've had it out for over a week and the smell is still there. The smell isn't overpowering right now, but it's noticeable up close. The smell transfers to my hands and stays there until I wash them, so touching it directly is the worst. Fabrics, however, do not appear to be affected. For example, the first day I laid directly on it to test it, the smell spread to all exposed body parts but did not stick to my clothing. I don't want to deal with a return, so I'll keep it regardless, but I'm hoping the odor fades over time. issue. If the odor persists, I will definitely provide an update. br>br>Edit (4-), br>br> 18): br>I can still smell the latex even though it's been a few weeks. I used a bamboo zip-up cover to encase it and the mattress. a mattress protector that is raised A plush bamboo topper sits atop it all. Then there's the fact that I've got my sheets on it. The odor is still there, but it isn't as strong as it once was. It's not a big deal. In terms of comfort, it appears to be getting softer as it is broken in, which is fantastic. My first couple of nights were a nightmare, but now I'm sleeping like a baby. So far, there have been no major regrets. br>br>Editing (7-) 18): br>After much deliberation, I've decided to reduce my rating to two stars. It's been a few months and it's still as firm as ever. It loosened up a little bit, but not nearly enough. I'm kicking myself for blowing so much cash. br>br>Editing (11-) 19): br>At long last, the odor has dissipated. It hasn't changed in any other way.
