It had three metal adjustable slats running from side to side, which finally wore out and broke about three weeks ago. I looked for local mattress and furniture stores, but no one was able to assist me. I did the measurements after finding it online. Our frame was exactly 62" long, which is a couple of inches longer than a standard queen. The delivery took more than a week to arrive (I slept on the floor until it arrived). Because the top of the frame has a covering edge, it took some maneuvering to get the slats in, but I was able to do so by shifting from the head to the foot of the bead all the way down the length of the bed. It was a perfect fit, and so far it has been a pleasant and relaxing experience. I was concerned that there would be a bow in the middle, but it works well with the box spring we have.
These Bed Slats Platform Bunkie Boards are excellent, though they are a little more expensive than other options available on Amazon. However, I began by purchasing the less expensive options on Amazon, which did not fit. And it was up to me to deal with them. They were also frail, with bowed shoulders. After that, I made the decision to invest in these boards, which are significantly thicker and made of a higher-quality wood. I'm not sure I'll ever need to purchase these. They will undoubtedly last the entire time that my bed frame is in use. Despite the fact that I am confident I will never need to retune these boards, I believe that if I did, it would be a simple process because my Oder came with a handwritten note. On the back side, you could see where the pen had left marks, indicating that the company's employees are clearly invested in business integrity. I'll "order it again" if I ever need to buy something else. Thank you very much.
It gets the job done- doesn't move around a lot I suggest ordering a custom size.
I bought these to replace a squeaky bunky board on a queen bed about a year ago. I was skeptical at first, but it fixed the squeak, and it's still going strong a year later.
