I'm not sure what the distinction is, but I bought it and it's fantastic.
You are correct; both of these are identical and support a King-sized mattress when lined up next to each other. Heavy duty, I believe, refers to the fact that the slats are 1 inch thick rather than 1/2" or 3/4".
My king arrived in a similar manner.
One is a standard model, and the other is a heavy-duty model.

It was supposed to be covered when I bought it, but it only came with the wooden slats? There was nothing else in the box but a bunch of wood slats with no covers. To put it mildly, I'm disappointed and perplexed.
The product description for queen size reads as follows: 2 slats out of a total of 12 slats The slats are 75" apart and 78" long. There are 10 slats in total, as shown in the photos. The slats are 5" apart and 73" long. Please issue a refund or replace the product with the appropriate one.
The two giant slabs are supposed to be held together by two tiny strips of velcro, but every time I attach them and try to put them in place, it falls apart, making it impossible to assemble, especially since it's advertised as "no assembly required. " This was a complete waste of money and time. I'm enraged to the point of indignation.
" The fact that the slats run vertically on top of my bed frame's horizontal slats appealed to me. br>On top of that, I placed my matress. (I have a sleep number/air mattress)br>They are sturdy and encased in fabric, as shown in the picture. It will be simple to transport these.
Tip - Start with the bedskirt, then the slats, and finally the mattress. If you have a bedskirt, it will help keep it in place.
There was a small puncture, but it otherwise functioned well and provided adequate mattress support. It's not quite as good as a board, but all bunkie boards are now hollow, with only a fabric covering the frame and slats spaced far apart, making it the best option so far.
If only it would stay in place, this would make a great bunk bed. The slats tend to fold inwards towards the bed's center, leaving gaps at the edges. This could be avoided with the use of velcro attachments or some other system.
The mattress, on the other hand, was not supported adequately by the frame. I ordered this product after a month of restless sleep, back and hip pain. . . I received it yesterday and placed it under the mattress before going to bed last night. Man! It made such a huge difference! I finally had a good night's rest! Thank you very much!.
Second, the substance emits a poisonous odor. It arrived in two pieces, one of which is shown in the photo. Second, the substance emits a poisonous odor. This will give you a headache if you have allergies. br>Third, do not discard the box from which it was taken. You won't be able to return because you won't be able to do so. A 78x60x0 will be difficult to come by. To return it, you'll need to fill out a 75-box form. br>Revise; if you don't have the box, you can still return it.
