It took a while for replacement parts to arrive. In other words, the chest is a great value for its price. After trying to attach the legs, I was unable to screw them into the bottom panel so I requested a replacement part. I waited ten days and then called to see if the part had arrived. The person who took my order did not remember me nor did she give me a reference I contacted them again after they accepted my request for parts within the 30 day period. I may have had a real problem if the 30 day period had expired, since after that point no free replacement parts will be sent and will not be sold at all. It is very easy to put together. This only complaint and reason for only four stars is the hole in the back, like what you will see if you wish to run an electrical cord through it. The chest contains that item, but I have no idea why it exists.

The chest I found is well constructed and is similar to the furniture I have in my bedroom. I was looking for a storage chest and was pleasantly surprised to find this one at a reasonable price.
