Our fabric is unique in that it has a high loft front and a smooth back, which allows your quilt pieces to roll up and pin to the design wall.

The frame is made entirely of aluminum and has a long-lasting powder coat finish.

It comes fully assembled on a mounting board and is very simple to set up.

It comes fully assembled on a nice piece of wood that has been pre-drilled for easy installation.

Questions & Answers

Is there a metal or plastic pull chain? Are your fabric blocks smooth and easy to roll up? Is the gap large enough to prevent them from catching on the bottom cover?

Plastic and nylon make up the pull chain. It has a lot of power. The fabrics will stay on the zdesign Wall, but you'll want to pin them as you make your blocks. The fabric can be pinned all the way through. The back of it is smooth. They don't get caught in the bottom cover. The Design Wall is held in place by the bottom rail, which is weighted. What kind of material is the shade made of?

The front has a high loft flannel and the back is smooth. The quilt pieces can then be rolled up in this manner. It's all made of cotton.

Our first order arrived damaged, so I used Amazon to return it. br> I should point out that the items were well-packaged and clearly labeled as "Fragile," but the transport process disregarded the warnings, and the unit was clearly dropped and mistreated. Tony, the owner of the company, personally contacted us to assure us that the order would be fulfilled correctly. Sure enough, a brand new unit arrived quickly, and I was able to install it the following day. It's a well-made item that's well worth the money.

There is no need to store it

This product is ideal for laying out quilt pieces prior to sewing them together. Unless there is some movement in the shade, the pieces stay in place well. So there aren't any mishaps, I usually pin. I roll it up and put it out of the way when I'm finished. I have a small sewing room and rely on this shade to keep track of my work. This item has been in my possession for about two years and is still in excellent condition.

This is a fantastic way to get Blocks to work together
