Greetings, Victoria! Our Weathered Black model is made of clear (knot-free) acrylic. Ebony (black) stain was used to stain the free) pine. It looks like what you see in the close-up product photo; it's not completely black; there's some gold-toned detail visible. Graining with a toned appearance shines through. The coloring does not have a red/purple tint, so there is no cherry-like finish.
Greetings,br>Our LadderRacks are made from Premium Clear (no knot) Pine.
Unfortunately, the LadderRack does not fold flat or open fully 180 degrees due to the specialty hinges used. However, you could store the LadderRack in two halves by unscrewing one side of the hinges (6 screws total). This is the simplest solution for a one-time fix, but we don't recommend doing it too often because the screw holes will wear out from repeated reassembly.
This is only about 3-inches long. The distance between the wall and the edge of the table is four inches. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding; I was away from my computer for a week.

First and foremost, I was aware that I would have to wait a long time to receive it. As a result, there was no problem. After that, I didn't pay attention to what I was reading. When I got it, I expected it to be assembled. As a result, that was a letdown. Then there's the fact that it folds, which may be beneficial to some. The adaptability appeared to be a good idea. However, if you try to change or adjust the quilts, the ladder will fold up due to the bend where it folds. I do not believe you are getting good value for your money. The rack's components are appealing, but the finished product falls short.
This quilt ladder is made of high-quality materials. The smooth, attractive wood won't snag quilts or other display items, and the rungs are angled slightly to make hanging these items easier. The American English finish complements the cherry and mahogany furniture in my bedroom perfectly. On the second and fourth rungs, I hung two king-size Amish quilts that are quite bulky, and on the alternate rungs, I hung smaller coordinating quilts. I had to do some refolding to get everything to fit in the space, but I'm very pleased with the end result. I have a rather large collection of quilts accumulated over 40 years and am always looking for new ways to display them. Quilts are displayed on beds, walls, doors, tables, counters, sofas, chairs, and railings, as well as on traditional quilt racks. Some of my quilts have remained in place for years, while others have changed with the seasons and holidays. I'm glad I came across this excellent display ladder to help me showcase some of my collection in a space-saving manner. If I had the space, I would definitely buy more of these ladders.
As good as, if not better than, the advertised quality. To begin, keep in mind that when you receive a shipping notification, it is very likely that your order has not yet been shipped. It does take a few weeks, as the sellers claim. They frequently prepare them according to the specifications of the customer. The good news is that The wait will be well worth it. This is a good option if you want to show off your quilts. It isn't even close to being a ladder. It's a ladder-style quilt rack that folds up. Quilt display racks for the home have existed for as long as quilts have existed. Old ones are charming antiques, some of which cost thousands of dollars. A few of these new hand-crafted LadderRacks will survive for another 100 years or more, and they will be charming antiques. They've evolved into charming examples of well-designed spaces. made-to-order designed and manufactured custom furniture Last but not least, remember to When putting it together, pay close attention to the instructions and trust them to save you time.
The pads that were supposed to prevent scuffing on the wall ended up sticking to my wall and refusing to come off. As a result, my beige wall now has two massive black marks. I'd like my money back in full, as well as reimbursement for the cost of re-painting the wall. In addition, I spent HOURS assembling this ladder quilt rack by myself, manually aligning and tightening about 30 screws. It was excruciatingly painful for my hands. Don't bother if you don't own a power drill. Finally, the hinges do not lock in place, so when I try to hang a freshly washed quilt on the rack, it bends and collapses, scuffing the wall even more. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome.
This ladder rack is both attractive and sturdy. The burnished brass hinges and side hooks are also of good quality, as is the American English finish. Simple instructions make it simple to assemble. It's light, and it'll be perfect for displaying my quilts at craft shows. It arrived way ahead of schedule. When I'm not using it for craft shows, I'll be using it to display my own quilts. It's a great way to show off your quilts, in my opinion.
It's ideal for smaller quilts or blankets, but not for those that are extremely large. In order to hang a quilt, it must first be folded. Except for doilies, the bottom rung when folded in half is pretty much useless. High-quality work. I really like the side hooks!.
She . As a Christmas gift, I bought this for my mother. It's something she really enjoys. One thing to keep in mind is that it is handcrafted to order when you place your order. As a result, shipping will take some time. You can't go wrong for the price, quality, and the fact that it's handcrafted in the United States.
It's ideal; the finish is lovely and complements any decor. I'm using it next to my patio door to hold quilts, tablecloths, and towels that always end up in a heap after outdoor dinners and pool time; I'm a quilter, so I'll be ordering another one soon for the pile of quilts in the family room!.
