This is a company you should never buy from It seems they are not concerned or valued by their customers. My Takeya travel mug "Arctic" is extremely nice and I really like its color. As I commute daily into New York City, this little bottle was a welcome addition to my daily commute. The loop on this travel mug is convenient for both holding and locking the cap so that when you sip it won't hit you in the face. I've tried tons of travel mugs, but this one is my favorite. Moreover, there is a bottom made of rubber or silicone which minimizes clanging noises as well as grips. Since I only drink iced coffee, I am not familiar with how this would operate for heat, but I can say that it keeps my beverage cold all day long. It's leak-proof and easy to use.
