Hello, since March 2021, I've been using a Brita Bottle. To remove the tube, unscrew the top part of the bottle and remove it. Obtain a Cotten swab (for ear cleaning) it should be inserted into the mouthpiece Clean around the edges where the black-like substance is located, and repeat the process until it is no longer visible. Using warm water, clean it. Then, all of a sudden, your mouthpiece returns to its original position. br>br>If there are any strange stains or anything, it's best to buy a new one. Every few days, wipe the mouthpiece with a napkin. Don't be afraid to switch out the filter; they're only $9 on Amazon. A three-pack costs 99 dollars. After two days of use, I can confidently say that it does exactly that. This filtered bottle is far superior to the standard Brita filtered water bottle in my opinion. I like the cap that opens at the touch of a button, which I didn't expect to like because it puts a step between me and my water. The water has a pleasant taste to it and is easy to drink through the straw. I thoroughly rinsed the filter and had no problems with loose charcoal particles, as others have reported. The only thing I don't like about it is that when the lid is closed, it doesn't seal the mouthpiece well enough to keep a stream of water from pouring out the bottom of the straw when I remove the top to refill it. Instead, water pours from the straw after a few seconds, which is inconvenient when trying to refill at a public water fountain, as water can spill all over the floor if the straw is not drained. Because of the closed mouthpiece on the Camelbak Groove filtered bottle, this was not possible. I was hoping that the lid on this Brita bottle would do the trick.
The water bottle's functionality did not meet my expectations. To get the straw out, I had to use a lot of suction, and I felt like I had a lot of air in my stomach. Furthermore, during a breathless workout in a spin class, you must quickly sip water and move on. Getting through the straw took far too much time and effort. It would also spill all over you if you picked it up and tipped it up. One saving grace is that the water was tasty.
I was under the impression that this worked in the same way as our Brita Pitcher because it didn't say otherwise. It does not filter the water before you drink it; rather, it filters it just before it enters your mouth. I intended to use this for travel, filtering water for each member of the group, but the only way to get filtered water is to drink it through the straw. The bottle, lid, and handle are all excellent. I'm also a fan of the teal hue. I'm hoping I'll enjoy using it.
I've been looking for a water bottle that will encourage me to drink more water, reduce waste, save money (by eliminating the need to purchase bottled water), and still be filtered. I had a second Brita water bottle, but it was larger and more difficult to transport. This one caught my eye on Instagram, so I decided to give it a shot. It appeals to me. The flip top is cool and prevents germs from entering the straw. It's also small enough to fit in a cup holder in a car, as well as backpacks, totes, and other bags.
It wasn't a problem with the filter. To be honest, I'd have no idea whether it was working or not. The problem was with the last straw. When I tried to drink from it, only a small amount of water came out, and then water leaked out the sides of the straw. It has been returned.

I bought this in the hopes that she would use it instead of her single-use plastic water bottle, and I was right. she does! Anyone, including my grandmother, should be able to figure it out. I plan to purchase one for myself as well as other members of my family. I would strongly suggest it.
