Kitchen Aid appliances and products are made in several locations across the United States. states, as well as Canada. Yes, some of these items are made in China. These kitchen utensils bear no'stamps' indicating their origin. I hope this has been of some assistance to you. This set of utensils is extremely durable. The latter, in particular. opener. As a Christmas gift, I got this set for my wife. The Spatula started flaking off after only one day of use. After two washes, the KitchenAid print was worn away. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase; I wanted something nice for my wife to use in our new apartment, and now I'm looking for something better for her. I purchased this because she is a fan of the product and has always praised its durability. br>Also, the photos in the description aren't the same as the ones that are shipped. They don't show a metal handle at all. This is something I would not buy.
The value for money is excellent. The equipment is widely available. So, what exactly is the issue? br>br>The issue is that the tools aren't very good. The plastics on the spoons, spatulas, and tongs melt when heated to a low temperature, and the spoon and tongs are too long and lack the material / strength to hold / grab food. This set was purchased in 2014, and if I could give my younger self some kitchen tool advice, it would be to avoid purchasing this set - or, for that matter, any set. br>br>Replacements for the 2017 version of me are as follows: br>Spatulas are a type of spatula that is used to clean the insides of the mouth. .
This set left me extremely disappointed. I'm already looking to replace the majority of it because it's of such poor quality. This is not something I would recommend to someone who loves to cook. I tried using the spatula once and immediately threw it away because it was ineffective; the spoons are fine, but I'm sorry I got rid of my old ones to make room for them. br>br>The measuring set is adequate, and the can opener functions flawlessly. Simply put, the overall quality is lacking, and the fact that it bears the KitchenAid name is discouraging. I would not purchase any of these kitchen tools again. I'll get them from a local store.
I was so happy with it that I purchased one for myself. as a housewarming gift, and so on. With the exception of one crucial piece (the red KitchenAid silicone scraper spatula), it has everything you need to get your kitchen off to a good start. There are no issues with durability to report; both sets are in heavily used kitchens and have yet to fail.
It's still a great deal at $40, but I'm extremely frugal/cheap, so I'm not sure I'd buy it at that price, but any "normal" person would, and it IS a great value. I'd just moved into my own apartment, so these were all necessities, and they've held up remarkably well, despite numerous dishwasher runs (I haven't put the can opener in the dishwasher, but the rest have). This is a fantastic, reasonably priced, high-quality starter set that I would strongly recommend!.
They are of excellent quality and have a long life expectancy. I'm afraid to say that, like many other businesses, we've begun to cut corners. The screen printing on my large spoons wasn't perfect, and it has already started to wear off, even though I've had them since December 2013, but that's not something I'm concerned about; it's just something I noticed. So far, I've been pleased with everything I've purchased from Kitchenaid. There are better ones out there, but once you get to that level, you're paying more for the brand name than for the product, and the improvements don't justify the price. I am satisfied with this set, and as long as Kithcenaid maintains its high standard of quality, I will return to purchase another set when this one wears out, which does not appear to be for a long time.
This set exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Supper- cute. The KitchenAid tools' long handles and weight appealed to me. The quality is five stars. I ordered all of the matching tools for a complete set of KitchenAid items for my kitchen based on this purchase.
Apart from the spatula and solid spoon, I still have everything. The other spoon is starting to show signs of wear, so I'll probably replace it as well. Honestly. If you're on a tight budget, it's a good buy. This is how long it's lasted me. The spatula was thrown out because, as others have stated, the plastic will begin to melt at the end. If you buy this set, make sure not to leave any of the utensils on a hot pan or pot if you want them to last. If I didn't have enough money, I'd buy it again. I'm now moving on to higher-quality sets.
