Well designed and very well built. Love the back light, as I sometimes cook late at night. Previously, I had a prong that could be opened to turn my electric blanket on and off. The prong only needs to be closed back (after you have cleaned it) to turn off. When the battery needs to be replaced, it comes with an extra battery and a button that lets you remove it. Velcro can be used to adhere it to a surface if you wish. We would buy this product.

A meat thermometer I bought for my husband for Father's Day since the one he had from Walmart had technical issues. I've found this one to be very easy It is as simple as opening it and it turns on automatically. This is a tool you definitely need if you love to cook meats and want to get them at Fish, chicken, pork, and steak have all been served with it. My favorite way to cook fish is to air fry it so I can be confident that I am not going to bite into smooshy, uncooked fish, which has happened before and.

In the process of cooking the steak, I used the Traeger probe to monitor the temperature, and when I finished cooking the steak to med rare, I checked it with this digital thermometer and found that it was 10 degrees warmer than the perfect temp for that type of steak. Would have been best if I had checked with Both the Traeger probe and the digital thermometer fit into the ice bath after I tested them in the ice bath, and the T-thermometer had a -15°C temp range There was an offset issue with the probe, so it had to be applied. An ice bath temperature of 32 deg F measured by the Brexfire digital thermometer is within tolerance. In the short time I have had this unit, it has proven to be very useful.

I really like the LCD light up screen so I can cook meat on the grill at night without having to use any additional light or shine a light on my meat to see when it Furthermore, I will use it for camping in case the weather turns bad or if I spill my beer on it. With its waterproof feature, you can use this meat thermometer while camping or when it is raining without having to worry about it getting damaged.
