All items listed in the description were included in the package. There were some that claimed the brushes were too small, but I think the straws would work well with the size. As I stated before, I gave it a low rating because I found no identifying labels on the package I received (like the packaging in the photos), other than to list The product I received may not actually be lead or BPA-free, as the FDA has not certified it.

Having used these straws, there is nothing I dislike. The bottles are made very well and are very good for people with paralysis. They are so much easier to drink from. We haven't experienced any rusting or anything after daily use, and they work as they should. The only complaint I have is that the silicone pieces don't always fit perfectly over time, but I suppose we can expect that. But even if that's the case, I am really glad they came with them because I tried the straws without them and did not like them.

Our daily lives are filled with plastic straws that end up in the ocean and harm our precious eco system, and this includes our precious sea creatures who get stuck with them or swallow them. The fact that companies are starting to produce more reusable straws is good news to me. Since I bought these for my son and the students at the school where I am a teacher, I chose the stainless steel straws with the silicone tips. Those who have trouble with a metal tip in their mouth or aren't used to having one on their lips will appreciate the softer tip. You don't have to use the silicone tip if you're okay with it. In other words, if the silicone/rubbery feel makes it feel strange, you might be better off using the straw as is. As for cleaning the straws and tip, I put mine in the dishwasher on hot and so far it has worked well. The stainless steel appears to be in good shape as stainless steel has a reputation for being very tough. As I hesitate to wash the tip in the dishwasher, I just wash it by hand. However, since I never use the straw with the tip, I was able to wash it with no problem after the first time. Depending on the type of beverage you are consuming, however, is another factor. You can probably clean a glass of clear liquid if you are drinking clear liquid. It is really important to get a thorough cleaning if you drink something like smoothies or chocolate milk. There is a little brush attached to the device though, so that may be helpful.

They used to think it was weird when I would bring out my metal straw, but now they ask if I can give one to them. The 5" Reusable Stainless Steel Straws have 20 silicone tips and they can be bent. The Mutnitt Set of 20 consists of 10 pieces. It comes with five bent reusable stainless steel straws with silicone tips, a cleaning brush, and one travel case. * The extra long metal straw for 60 oz Tumbler is very nice, and easy to clean with the brush included. It will not crush like plastic straws will, and it will not form a hole when bent like plastic straws. I think the silicone tips will degrade and eventually become unusable over time. The colors are good for locating your drink, but I think it's important over time to not let them degrade.
