This straw set was a lot of fun to play with. Both attractive and practical. I wash them by hand, so I can't comment on how well they'll hold up in the dishwasher, but they appear to be sturdy. They are coveted by my coworkers.

These were purchased to supplement my silverware collection as well as to have some straws on hand. Straws are a favorite snack of my daughter. The chewing on straws has come to an end as a result of this. So far, I haven't seen any chew marks on any of the tips. She's happy with her choices. My issue is that they appear to have been laid down and sprayed, but not rolled over to coat the other side, resulting in a gold straw that runs the entire length of the straw. It appears to be a golden line. As a result, if you lay some bent straws to the left and some to the right, some will appear rainbow and others will appear gold. I'm not sure if this is the way they're supposed to be. The gold line appears nowhere else on any of the rainbow-colored items I own. This is not mentioned in the description. br>br>In addition, some of the silicone tips simply fall off the straw. They will fall or slowly slide off if you turn them upside down. It wasn't a major problem because most things went as planned. "We will make the silicone tips better to fit the straws, thanks for your time," I replied in an email to the seller. "We also have the two other options for the straws now," I added. My problem was not fully addressed by them. br>br>I didn't notice any difference in flavor. They are sturdy and do not easily bend. It appears that scratching them is difficult. The silicone tips protect your lips from burns when drinking hot beverages. They're some solid advice. They act as a barrier between the teeth and the rest of the mouth.

For the past 5 years, I've been using a metal straw. This set appeals to me because the straws can be used in a variety of container sizes. The included brush makes cleaning them a breeze. I'd keep it hidden from preteen kids so it doesn't get bent and become useless. br>The silicone mouth tips are adequate, but not as well-fitting as the silicone tips on my previous metal straws, which I purchased four years ago on Amazon. Fortunately, I planned ahead and bought extra mouth tips, which I'll be using on these straws. The ones that come with these straws are functional and fit, but they are a little flimsy. We switched to metal straws, and I'm so glad we did!.

These were purchased in two sets, one for myself and the other for my mother. It's simple to clean them. They come with four little scrubbies to clean the insides, and the silicone tips are ideal if you're like me and bite the straw ends. It's not a good idea to bite the metal because it hurts. Will most likely purchase additional items. This is a great kit because it comes in a variety of sizes and shapes. It even comes with a bag, so you can put them in there to keep them safe while traveling.

I purchased the Rainbow set to complement my Rainbow travel set. I dislike using plastic because it is harmful to the environment, and I don't always want to deal with returning dirty silverware and requesting clean. br>I don't use a straw very often, but I love that I have one for every glass, mug, and cup size. The silicone tips are great, and I use one (one of the colors I don't like) on the bottom of a straw going into a metal cup to reduce noise, as well as one of the colors I like to drink from. br>When my family and friends ask where I got them, I always tell them where I got them. That's what I say. Several people have inquired as to whether I have any spares. My response is as follows: "I'm afraid not, but they're available on Amazon. ".

I needed a metal straw to fit my stainless Starbucks travel mug, but most straws were too large. This is an excellent set. Great colors, and I like how there are options for tall, short, bent, and straight people. The silicone tips were a nice addition. I've run both the straws and the silicone sleeve through our Bosch dishwasher and they came out looking great; for thicker drinks than coffee, I hand wash with the handy brush. This is an excellent set, particularly for the price, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I'll be back for more because these would make wonderful Christmas presents!.
