As a kid, we used to have metal nut crackers and nut picks that looked exactly like these in Connecticut

Every year during the holidays, we had a bowl of assorted nuts on our dining room table. Everyone had their favorite nut type and there was always something for everyone to crack one at a time. It was a pleasant way to sit and chat while cracking nuts one by one. When I discovered they were shellfish tools, I was surprised. Whatever I remember from my childhood, this set is exactly how I remember it, whether it is for nuts or shellfish. My needs are met. I am happy with it.

Upon arrival the car was broken

When the nut picks arrived, one of them was broken. This item should be made as cheaply as possible. It's better to have three out of four work rather than none, so I guess. After all, they were cheap, but still, you wouldn't expect them to be broken even before they were used.

It does not work well with king crab, and I am not fond of the cracker utensil. It would have been nice if the piks had been a little bigger for holding. I am not sure why you get so many piks and one That was a waste of.

The nut cracker doesn't work well for seafood, but it works fine for cracking nuts. My brazil nut-cracker bird is becoming older and has a hard time cracking brazil nuts, so I crack them for her. I am very happy for her, especially since she is happy about this.

I used it two or three times and it broke. We have a casting fault. In the event of the device snapping in half, an arm is damaged.

These are good for cracking nuts and removing nuts and meats from seafood

My family had a set of these when I was a child for cracking nuts. The crab meat was removed from them as part of my order. I should have gone with small forks instead of large forks since they work just fine.
