It has been over a month since I received any response to my correspondence The message they put up on their order page about replacements and warranties is irrelevant It appears that they have never bothered to respond to my emails You've received emails. In their warranty, they state 100 percent complete satisfaction - this isn't.

I don't care so much about the smallest one. Cookie dough was one of the things I really looked forward to using these for. I was able to use the larger two for a long time, but the smallest one broke after the second use. The first time I used it, I was very happy with The small one broke so quickly, however, which was quite disappointing to me. It's just going to be bigger cookies for me.
