This means they can be cleaned in a dishwasher. If you were thinking about its durability, it would be like a thin silicone spatula.
Yes, and it was a huge failure. There is a leak in the mold due to the fact that it does not seal.
Removing it is as simple as peeling back the layers

There were no pictures of the interior, but based on what I have read - These two ice cube/ball molds of the Death Star are for sale. I see the bottom half of this device lasting for a long time, even if it's heavily used. It is made of relatively durable silicone, with the bottom half being thicker than the top half. That said, this thing can be a pain in the neck Since I have yet to use it to make anything other than ice cubes, I also doubt that it would face the same problems when it comes to making Although it appears to be impossible, it is actually impossible to make even nearly perfect ice cubes. As water expands as it turns into ice, there is a need to be careful not to fill it up completely, or else the water will leak out It takes a lot of trial and error to figure out how high it should be filled to prevent this, as it's opaque and there are no guidelines stating how high it should be filled. Moreover, because the bottom half is so thick, it is a bit easier to lift. I am pleased- Molds are hard to get off of ice, but it would actually be easier if they were thinner so that you could peel the surface off like you can tops however, their thickness makes them more difficult to peel off. As well, these lines in the mold are quite As a standalone issue, this does not pose a significant Nevertheless, since you have to work a bit to get the bottom off, the lines appearing in the top of the ice ball start dissapearing quickly enough to ruin the appearance of it. Nevertheless, this isn't the sort of problem you would face if you ate something like chocolate.
There is an odor emanating from the product, and the seal on this product does not work properly. If the towels are soaked in soapy water and then dried out in the sun, they will lose their odor. Unfortunately, the seal is unreliable, so all of the water leaks out. There is a good chance of the water not leaking out if it is lined up perfectly. Moreover, the indents barely make a difference.
There are a lot of awesome things about these things. There are plenty of details to look at on the Death Star, and you really can see how it makes the perfect sphere of ice. A good talk piece for anyone who loves Bourbon. When you give them a glass with one of these, they always say "Is that. ". It looks like the Death Star, doesn't it? You've got to be kidding me, right? Simple to use and very simple to understand. Make sure to keep leaks to a minimum!.
As soon as I filled them with water and placed them on the counter, I noticed that they started to leak water from the connection between the 2 pieces.
I checked again, thinking they might not have been placed properly. As far as I can tell, I had correctly positioned them together. Even after placing tape around the center, they still leaked several times. I tried several different methods to fix this problem but to no avail. Immediately reported the issue to the seller and I received my money back. I am disappointed with the service.
Thanks so much for this - I adore it It is important to ensure that the divet located at the bottom of the mold lines up with the divet located at the top part, to avoid The process of escaping the mold is also not difficult. cleaned out any small pieces of frozen ice from the areas where the top and bottom of the mold meet using a butter knife. Once that was done, I worked it gently It is very useful for chilling hard alcohol. The pisco in my case was whisky, in my friend's case was pisco. Both of us will receive one in the set because there are two.
In this mold, it's very difficult to get the ice to come loose from the bottom half. Ice is stored in a bottom mold that has a lip on the inside, and the tube is thick and inflexible. You will need to pry it out using a metal spatula or other tool. You shouldn't expect a Death Star to appear in your drink since the design is very shallow. Even if you add liquid to your glass, it will melt away quickly.
Ice sphere makers are one of my favorite products, and this one looked like a cute idea. If the frozen ice is not able to come out of the mold, you will need to run it In this case, the etched Death Star design on the outside of the ball can simply be wiped away. It is a waste of money to use this product if you expect your ice to look.
The Death Stars they set up are pretty cool, and I've made more than one hundred of them for my bourbon. In the meantime, they are beginning to leak after just three months of use. It will take a few hours to fill them halfway and then freeze, then I can finish the process by filling them up the rest of the way.
