It works well, but round ones always look like bikinis.
This big cube is everything you need if you need big cubes, which you do, but aren't sure you do.
Some reviewers stated it was difficult to remove the square ice cubes from the molds, but I removed them easily and without a hitch. In addition, the spheres came with some type of short funnel to make it easier to fill without smearing. Also, if it came with a hard flat surface to lay the try on, it would be extremely convenient. In terms of how it is received, friends seem to prefer the spheres most. I like the fact that they don't melt too fast, so they won't dilute the whisky, but they get very cold very quickly.

There's nothing I'd rather make ice cubes in than these large I liked the round ones better, the square ones had a harder time getting out of the mold. Nice to put in a glass of wine so it doesn't melt so fast.
