Wow, that was incredibly simple. The peels easily peeled away, leaving me with garlic that was ready to use. I wish I'd known about this tool years ago.
I was skeptical at first, but after trying them out, I changed my mind. All it takes is four turns of the counter to get everything ready to go! Separate the peels from the garlic cloves. Because I cook with garlic almost every day, this has changed my life. (Another plus is that they can be washed in the dishwasher) YAY!.
However, I wish it was a little smaller like my other one because it's a little bulky to use.
