Without a doubt! Every meal contains garlic, and peeling it is a breeze.
Yes, the garlic tube is soft and springs back after each use; however, keep it dry when not in use.
No, only the clear one is clear in color; I purchased all of the colors because those garlic peelers are all fantastic!

It works great; I watched a YouTube video on how to use it, and it speeds up my cooking!.
it's that easy The inside is ribbed a little, and the skin comes right off when you put the garlic inside and gently roll it (my 6 year old does it). It can be folded to fit in a drawer beneath a silverware organizer or hung on a hook for easy access because it is silicone. Never would I have guessed that a garlic peeler could be so useful. My hands don't end up smelling like garlic, and I'm not annoyed by the time-consuming task of peeling garlic. We also consume a significant amount of garlic!.
I needed to replace my old red garlic silicone tube, which I had left at my family's house. I bought these because they didn't have that one anymore. I like that there are two of them, and that they are both capable of doing their jobs. I don't like how much thinner they are than my previous pair- When using it, it has a flimsy feel to it. The ribs on the inside of the tube don't appear to be any more useful than the thicker red tube I used to have, but they might be better for this thin tube than if it didn't have ribs. The bottom line is that it does the job, and the price was reasonable for getting two tubes in the colors of your choice.
For a few cloves, they were adequate. They work best with cloves that are close to round and easily roll. Also, multiple cloves must be roughly the same size to be rolled together; otherwise, the slightly smaller cloves will not peel with the larger ones. Cloves that are slightly flat on one side also refuse to roll, and even putting in just one clove only yielded a partial result. It's simple to clean the silicone. They do not work, however, when wet. I could have peeled the entire bulb the old fashioned way by the time I dried the item to use and picked and chose cloves to roll. I don't like throwing things away, so I'm still trying to figure out how to use it again.
It's easy to peel half a dozen garlic cloves in one go, it's smooth, and it grips well. I gave one of the pieces to my cousin, who is also pleased.
We eat a lot of garlic, so we've been buying it already peeled to save time; I chose this option because I don't like bruising, squishing, or beating garlic to peel it. This is a bargain. The grippers inside could use a few more; the silicone is so thin that you can feel everything in your hands (my hands are sore from peeling two heads of garlic), and it appears that the only way to get this to work is to apply pressure, which bruises the garlic. I'm returning it and looking for something a little more expensive but more likely to meet my requirements.
br>Reduces the amount of work that I have to do with my hands. br>Those days of slicing with a knife or peeling by hand are long gone. br>All I do is put a clove or two in it, press it between my hands, and roll it back and forth for a few seconds, and bam. I can slice or toss a whole clove into the food now that the peel has been removed. br>It saves me a lot of time. br>It's a fantastic tool that I strongly recommend.
