Questions & Answers
You could use them that way, but the handle is wider than standard eating forks, and there are only three prongs, which are spaced further apart than standard forks. I enjoy using mine in the kitchen. They grab the food much better than standard forks, making turning the food much easier - Good for meats, in particular.
They're built to last. With two of them, you can get a decent-sized roast. I really. I enjoy all Rada products and have yet to have one break or bend.

The site specifies a length of nine. 7 in. I bought this for my wife because she has an older similar one that is approximately the same length as the one we got today. 7 3/4 in. My wife wanted these because they were a little longer than the ones she already had. This vendor does not appear to double-check their pages before publishing them. We would not have spent the money or effort to order them if the posted length had been the correct length; they were not what we wanted, so we will keep or gift them later. br>Photo: New on the left, old style on the rightbr>Other than that, the construction and handling of them (according to my wife) was good.
I've been using the iron for a long time. My grandmother gave me a set of tined granny forks. When cooking, they have sharp tines that can stab and pick up meat or vegetables. I've tried some of the newer versions, and they've disappointed me. You can either let things fall off the forks or have them picked up. These new ones, which are entirely made of stainless steel, are AMAZING! I've even started eating salads with them now. I can pick up the lettuce without it falling all over the plate, and I can stab the tomatoes without all of the juice leaking out or, worse, having them flip across the room because the fork didn't pierce the skin. These forks come highly recommended by me. Buy them. You're not going to be let down.
What a wonderful discovery! These forks are almost perfect for the price; the only thing that could have made them better is a wooden handle. ) If you enjoy cooking and find it difficult to turn items with large meat forks, spatulas, or regular forks, a Granny Fork is the solution! Its sharp tines pierce the food neatly, making it simple to flip it over and check for doneness. I would strongly suggest it.
I needed to replace my wooden-handled granny fork, so I set aside some time. I received not one, but two with this purchase! They have a nice weight to them and can be washed in the dishwasher. I had to get used to them because I was used to fork tines that were straighter. I'll probably raise this rating to a 5 as I become more accustomed to them.
I've been using Granny forks for years and love them. However, one or both of these have some extremely rough edges near the tines' attachment to the handle. I've been using Rada for a long time and have never had a rough edge on any of my pieces. I'm not sure why, but these could be seconds.
These are fantastic. I have about 6 of them, and I use them frequently in the kitchen.
They're something my mother and grandmother use all the time, but I couldn't find them anywhere. They're sturdy, and I've never had any problems with them discoloring or rusting in the dishwasher.
I bought two Granny Forks, both of which had extremely sharp edges on the tops of the handles. br>For storage, they were packaged with sleeves over the outside tines to protect them.
