Hard plastic is used to make it. As far as I know, I have liked what I've received.
There have been no problems with the meat products this one, my second. I use it all of the time for meat purposes. If I leave it on the meat, it neither melts or gets hot to touch.
In my personal use, I do utilize mine on a non-commercial basis. The stick pan is a really cool piece of cookware. Still, carefully, but prudently.
Its diameter ends reach 3 1/8" and weighs 10 lbs. Whether you use cookware or pots, it will fit them nicely. A very sturdy and quick tool used for processing and chopping meat ground. Definitely recommend this product.

My wife and I haven't found any evidence of melting so far, but we are very careful. When I broke my first one about 5 years after using it for all this time, I ordered a new one after a while. It does not have as many fins as some other versions. Because the fins are thicker and beef doesn't get stuck in the middle, I prefer a 4-inch version. In addition, it's easier to clean because of this. The best way to remove it is to rinse it well and place it on top of the dishwasher.
Upon trying the product, it was easy to get started since it arrived quickly. Breakfast sausage was broken up by means of the tool, which melted a little. I barely broke through the plastic pan when it melted, but the pieces of plastic parted somehow, it took me a while to absorb. This is not the kind of item I will buy again.
I think this kitchen tool should have two features. This one is a nifty little kitchen one. Whenever I leave my spatula at home, I'll forget about it. Habit! I like how it seems sturdy and as well as it can be held on. Having one had always been on my radar after watching a video YouTube channel of a top chef. As I watched it was sold locally, I was upset, since it looked like this one might chip and crack very easily when compared with my dollar tree. At the dollar tree, the materials are stiff hard plastic, but they also become flexible as a result. Just bent enough that a bit doesn't melt beneath the surface of the plastic heart. Having just read all the glowing reviews of the gadget, I think I am a little disappointed. I agree that separating ground meat is a good idea, but using a large spatula or cooking spoon may work the same job for me. To be sure, I prefer cooking potatoes and strawberries together for the strawberry shortcake or on things like potato salad. Buying this item was a pleasure for me because it's light, sturdy, easy to clean, and I think I deserve it as much as I am.

Should I stay away ed to avoid the case! No matter what you do, it'll change your life. It did change my life. I like better!! The dishwasher is easy to clean as well.
There are limitations to this product, so if you understand them, you might find it to be a valuable investment. It is very handy when chopping up meat to become fine pieces of meat. Its weakness lies in the fact that you cannot directly flip the meat over. An additional tool should be brought for flipping meat. In particular, when making meatballs and ground meats.
The variety of uses this item offers is wonderful. As for its useful application, this sturdy tool lets you mash potatoes, break up meat in a pan, split frozen vegetables, etc. It can also be used to mash berries and fruit for yogurt, as I do. Heat resistance is another advantage of it.
The quality of this one is better than that of a high-end one. A company that was located online should end. As opposed to high-loading grooves, food does not always get stuck in them. Models that are more expensive should be phased out. The dishwasher has always looked freshly cleaned after just as many use.
