Product Description

The forged 14C28N steel used to forge these knives is soft and fine grained for a superb edge retention, wear resistance, and durability. A winner of the 2016 Red Dot Award, an A Design Award nominated for 2018, and a German Design Award winner. A design that has been patented by the USPTO.

In order to ensure each blade retains strength and effectiveness, all blades undergo a full (ultra6) stage heat treatment. The edge of this steel lasts up to 5 times longer than that of The angles on both sides are 16 degrees. With a hardness of 59 on the Rockwell scaling, the edges are sharpened by hand.

To allow for steady carving and slicing, solid steel tines support the meat.

This knife's sleek, minimalist design ensures a well-balanced grip for the chef that will look good and feel great all at the same time.
