It seems this grater is quite sharp, so watch your step if you're feeble like me. However, I like it because it does well with ginger and garlic. With potatoes, it would definitely be great. However, you must be careful. This company will be on my list of things to look for in the future.
You can grate upside down and it will catch if you do so, as it has a lip on the underside Having a good hold in my hands is nice. Getting the grater clean is a breeze thanks to its rubber edge. The rubber also keeps it from sliding around when you lean it against a plate while grating. It was everything I could ask for.
