I love this product because it's easy to use and quicker to clean My wife and I just threw ours in the dishwasher and it has held up well.
As a matter of fact, I purchased it to make lemon rind to freeze and dry for There was a lemon tree in my backyard that produced a lot of fruit, and this helped me achieve the effect I was trying to achieve. The rind was easily removed with this tool and was taken off in just a little while. When using any grater, be careful not to go into the bitter white portion of the skin/rind and instead take off just the colored part. If I were to buy it again, I would. It is easily cleaned up.
