A mushroom slicer, per se, is not what this is. If you want to slice mushrooms, you should use an egg slicer. This would be great for harder vegetables, such as garlic.
There is a Rachael Ray 46914 Multi Stainless Steel Grater that can be used to grate cabbages.
In my knowledge, there is nothing I can do
Making it more versatile for storage, it would benefit from a hole at one end. Our utensils are kept in a counter top holder that holds other kitchen utensils as well, so there is no need for a hole.

RR uses it all the time on her show, so I got one too since I saw how well it worked. It grated my ginger like never before when I used it for the first time tonight. I can't imagine getting my stand up grater/zester out for the job. The way that this sits right on top of the bowl or pan is wonderful. I love you.
Cheese that is grated on this machine does not taste good. There were flakes of cheese on the pan. Also, the grater has a clumsy handle, and it slipped off the bowl so easily. It will no longer be used by me. The box grater is going back in my tool cabinet.
grate's garlic perfectly and though I haven't yet used the larger end, I am confident it will not This grater has the advantages of being large and being curved so that it can stand alone over a cutting board or be placed over bowls and pots to make cooking easier. I prefer this grater to my others because it is easier to clean up. I found the item to be of high quality and ingenious so overall, it is a great item. My first thought is, "Oh goody! I love grating garlic!" whenever I need to do it. It is time to put my new grater to work!.
You can trust it to do what it says. The danger is not as great as it may seem. Using it has led to both cuts on myself and I have given up on using it.
Garlic has to be grate carefully but I managed to do so without wasting any of it.
It looks as if it was transported on a bicycle. I received the package 12 days after I ordered it. It is a great product, except for not being dishwasher-safe. It sits right on top of the pot while you grate ginger or garlic. The one I have is the best one of the others I have.
I used to watch Rachel Ray's show on my local TV station before I started streaming channels. Despite my love of garlic and hate of garlic presses, I cook with it a lot. Her grater seemed like an easier way to cut up garlic, so I went and got one when I saw her using she was using one. The moment I heard that, I thought, "I need that!" It was therefore a good buy for me. This is a very large object. I was stunned at its size. The size of the food looks pretty good in the video I watched, but I didn't pay attention to the size. The garlic smell makes me not want to handle it without wearing disposable gloves. I find it difficult to hold onto it, and I also don't like the feeling of garlic on my hands. The number of times I've grated plastic glove into my garlic when using this grater tells me that I shouldn't grate the garlic directly into something I'm cooking, but rather onto a paper plate first. There is an incredibly sharp edge on this grater! As a result, I gave it to a friend who cooks much more frequently than I do, as I have cut myself several times. No disrespect meant - it's an awesome grater, but I do think there should be some safety instructions and instructions about how to use it. Nothing of that kind was included in the box I received it in, which I found surprising. Although I recommend it, I recommend it with a caveat about how sharp it is, so do use it.
It was Rachael who inspired me to purchase this item for my wife after seeing her wearing As an individual, I have not used this gadget, however, I can state with high confidence that my wife loves it a lot!.
