A CPSC recall of the product made them aware of the problems I had with the replacement product. I emailed them shortly after they released the CPSC recall in November. Replying that the replacement product was not available, they said they did not have it It's ok. I contacted them again in June to find out whether the product was available and ready for shipment. It was answered in the affirmative. My next step was to provide them with the required information, including destroying the product and sending them pictures of it. Upon processing the request, they responded that it would take one to five weeks for them to ship the product, provided they needed to test it and prepare it In my phone conversation with them, I was told the same thing Here and there. This issue has been reported to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
I think I have the 8 way slicer here, so that might be a newer version. As well as a 4 way slicer, they have one as well.
Printed on it is the word "made in Austria.".
In just a few seconds, a whole medium to small vegetable can be quartered. As of this writing, a new one doesn't come with a blade like that. For your first time using a chopper or grader, I recommend that you quarter your item with a regular knife. It isn't a good idea to chop a whole piece of meat with the blade. We will begin with the quarter item.

Waste of time! I would not recommend it. I broke both chopper grates when I used them for the first time. Please send a replacement if the company is unable to send one. Is Mueller working?.
There are a lot The tool is not the best for a small kitchen, but I am glad I bought Salads, soups, and salsa are some of the things I make quite a bit, and I think this chopper will cut prep time in half or more. The French fries I cut with it and the flat-cut onion rings I sliced with it are excellent. You must be especially careful with the blades. I lost a fingernail and cut my thumb while I attempted to remove a blade. As far as wearing a cutting glove is concerned, I will definitely do so. The whole thing was cleaned on the top shelf of the dishwasher with no melting at all.
After returning another product to another vendor that was of no use to me, I bought this one. It's very helpful to have a vegetable cutter like this. You can choose from a variety of shapes and sizes when grating, plus different ways to fit the die. There's no problem to remove and to install the lid as well. I like it because it comes off easily. I use the small and large cube cutters for soups and salads, as you can see in the photos. It has been around for around three months now that I use it daily. A piece of fruit is more appealing to cut than a vegetable. There were, however, a few broken cutters! Even when the carrots have been made smaller with this cutter, it is still able to break them despite its intended purpose of not cutting carrots. Having that happen to me discouraged me greatly. While I could still use them after they broke, I didn't find them to be of the highest quality. With the cleaning tool that comes with it, it's not a big deal to keep it clean. A little bit more support is needed for the container due to its lightweight. As for how long it will last, I have no idea, but I hope it will last for a very long time. Additionally, the company provided a gift certificate for a vegetable peeler with my purchase There was, however, an error with the barcode. made me feel like I was being scammed. If you give the customer a barcode that is invalid, what is the purpose?.
My usual chopper, the MBM 750, is a great product. I usually purchase an alternate chopper for Ramadan prep, but since I use it for heavy duty use and preparation, they often I have so far been pleased with how well it has held up under some thick slicing, and I like that it can also be used for mincing as well as.
When I received the order today, I was super excited to try it (I'm not dependent on my wife, neither am I good at chopping). In this way, the blades fell into the container. To remove some onion pieces stuck to the bottom, I turned the container upside down. Though I am not sure if this is the right method of throwing blades into containers, I am shocked at how easily they Seeing this as I was cleaning the blades made me panic and run for my life. After searching through bits of chopped material, I found them! I'm returning this to you. This was such a big deal to me.
Definitely the best. Having spent approximately five hours physically trying out five different models of this type of chopper, I spent an entirely inordinate amount of time digging through reviews on websites. There were many good ones, but this one stood out. Another problem is that they are flimsy and poorly made, have openings too small to do a lot of work, slide all over the counter, or contain so many gimmicky items that they are of poor quality. If you want to avoid getting a million in one product, then don't get one.
I have only one complaint about this one as compared to the others it does not come with a lid to cover the container so you can just throw it in the refrigerator. I have always found the plastic on every single chop stick I have tried to be flimsier than I like, but this one felt robust enough that it would not crack if you looked at it cross-eyed. Although it seems like a simple feature, this unit comes with containers that hold the blades, and that is also handy because otherwise, they could get lost. As you shuffle through the cards and look for the one you want, the holders keep them firmly stationary, vertically, so you won't accidentally slice your finger on This is the experience of one person.
To minimize the amount of equipment I had to pull out from my kitchen when I didn't want to utilize my electric food processor (with the dicing attachment) and all of its parts, I wanted a simple, manual chopper.
I got everything I asked for and more by ordering this chopper. The large bowl of this chopper holds chopped vegetables, and it is sturdy enough to chop zucchini, celery, onions, and many other types of veggies. It can even cut potatoes with ease.
I liked the ease with which this chopper is cleaned and how it doesn't take up much space so I was able to store it easily! I am glad to have this chopper, and I think my expensive food processor will just gather dust while I use this one.
The company's nbsp Compared to other products like this, I have mixed feelings about this one. As needed, the dicer blades function properly and fit nicely into their allocated slots. Furthermore, the grips on the bottom of the container prevent the container from sliding whenever it is being used for In addition to the different blades coming in a great case, the case also serves as a safe place to store them. The cons are As a result, I was unable to test the mandolin with its 5 blades due to the blade inserts not fitting (videoed), which is what makes this product unique.
I will provide an update if I find a solution.
