A major issue arose with the replacement product for me as well. I emailed them in November, shortly after the recall was issued, while trying to resolve the issue. Replying that replacement product was unavailable, they said that they did not have it fine, I understand. After waiting until June to ask if the product was in stock and ready to go, I contacted them again. The answer they gave was yes. The information needed to close the complaint was provided, and the product was destroyed and photos of the same were sent. Upon receiving the request, they responded that they would take one to five weeks to ship, depending on when testing the product would be completed and when preparation would begin for shipping. In my call, they gave me the same rundown as before Here and there. I have reported the problem to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
If you are referring to this 8 way slicer, then perhaps it is a newer version. As well as the four-way slicer, they offer an automatic cutter.

This is garbage! I would not recommend buying. My first use of both chopper grates resulted in a broken one. A replacement would be appreciated if the company would send one.
When I received my order today I was really excited to try this (I am not a good chopper, I do not have a wife to do it for me). In this circumstance, the weapons used were thrown into the chopping container. Several onion pieces were stuck in the bottom, so I turned it upside down to remove them. The ease with which the blades fell into the container is startling to me even though I'm not certain if that's correct. The blades suddenly fell out while I was cleaning them, and I immediately tried to figure out where they had gone. It took some time, but eventually they were found among the chopped up pieces. This will be returned to you. There were so many high hopes in me.
Many parts to choose from! Though this might not be the right tool for a small kitchen, I am glad to have Salads, soups, and salsa are just a few of the items I prepare with the chopper, so time is saved by more than The French fries I cut by using this and the uniform slices of onion rings I obtained were great. When removing a blade, be very careful with the blades, I cut my thumb after losing a fingernail taking one My fingers are sure to be cut by a pair of gloves. It was fine to clean the entire thing in the dishwasher on the top shelf. No melting occurred during that process.
This one was purchased after returning another that I did not find to be practical from another vendor. It is in fact very very handy to have a vegetable chopper like this. A wide range of sizes and shapes can be cut with it, as well as different ways to grate. Putting the lid on and taking it off is easy, as well as putting it back in place In the photos you can see how I use the small and big cubes cutters for soups and salads. It has been around three months since I first used it every day. By making chopping vegetables more attractive, it has made the task more enjoyable. Although some cutters broke, others remained in tact! Although the cutters appear not to be meant for cutting carrots, it was still able to break them apart as it tried to make them smaller. It was such a disappointing experience for me. The software is still usable even after the units are broken, but I find it to be less than ideal. Thanks to the cleaning tool included, it can be cleaned in no time at all. Because the container is just a little bit light, it could use a little more support. There is no telling how long the deal will last, but I hope that it will last a long time Also, a gift card for a vegetable peeler was included in the purchase A barcode on the package was not valid. This gave the impression that the scam was on. If a customer is given an invalid barcode, what is the point?.
Looking back, I'm not surprised. There were about five models of this type of chopper that I actually tried out personally after spending entirely too much time reading reviews on websites. There was no competition for this one. There are others that are very flimsy and poorly constructed, have small openings that are inconvenient for doing any serious work, slide all over the counter, or have so many gimmicky accessories that they are extremely cheaply assembled. If you know anyone who has one of these, I strongly urge them not to get it. My only real complaint about this one in comparison to the others is that it does not have a lid to cover the container, which makes it easy to just put it in the fridge for use. In all the choppers I tried, the plastic is flimsier than I like. However, this one felt substantial enough that it would not crack in your hand if you looked at it cross-eyed. The more we have to use it, the more we appreciate the fact that it has container for holding the blades. If they were left out, they would As a result, you don't slice your finger when you are shuffled for the one you want, because the holders hold them tightly vertically. Here's what one person has to say.
In addition, My opinion about this product is mixed. *BASIC PROS blades of the dicer fit nicely into the slots of their design. A second benefit of the grips on the bottom of the container is that the container will not slide around while being chopped. To store all the different blades safely, the case contains a great compartment for each blade. The cons are As for the mandolin feature, I wasn't able to test it due to the blade inserts not fitting (videoed). The value of the product comes from the mandolin feature. * I will post an update if I find a solution.
The manual chopper is something I could easily use when I didn't feel like hauling out my electric food processor (with the dicing attachment) and all of the parts it comes with. This chopper fulfilled all my expectations. Ordering it was a good decision. Choppers like this one have huge bowls that hold the chopped items, and are sturdy enough to chop zucchini, celery, onions, and many other types of vegetables even potatoes can be chopped with this one. I like this chopper because it is easy to maintain and does not take up much space, so I find storing it to be simple. It's good to have this chopper, and I think my pricier food processor will be collecting a lot of dust in the meantime.
The majority of my cooking is for one to three people at a time. I need to decide whether getting this out is going to save me enough time to warrant getting it out when I am cooking. Dipping even one onion always makes sense, even if just a single onion is involved I like the tool because it cuts quickly, and I don't have to worry about burning It struggled to dice yams, so I tried it on that. So hard did I have to push that I was worried it would break. In good news, the material turned out to be sturdy enough that I was able to learn how it works without breaking it. In the kitchen, there are many tasks that this could do in order to save time (and to reduce self-harm risk). It might be a good idea to get a little more adventurous when it comes to Add more ingredients to the tool to make it more efficient. The truth is, I want to be in love with My plan is to start using it as soon as I become familiar with it.
