Three different cuts are great, but I especially like the egg salad chop on the one that does the chopping. Perhaps mushrooms and some soft vegetables would be good to use it on. This comes with a cleaning brush that makes getting into crevices easier.

First use of wire snapped

First slice of wire broke. A broken egg was the result of the first attempt to slice it. A third slice was broken and a fourth one failed. When I tried to return the item, they would not accept it.
