This, as well as the wooden handle version, were purchased. First, I'm not sure where the one with the plastic handle went, so I can't check (I tried it once and it didn't work well), but the one with the wooden handle is in Victorinox packaging and has Victorinox, Seiss Made, Stainless stamped on the blade. Good luck (though, based on my experience, I'd strongly advise using the wooden handle).

It isn't what it claims to be, as others have pointed out. When I first received it, I didn't pay it much attention, but when I tried to cut the second lemon twist, one side of the blade detached and the cut failed to complete. When I look at the image on this site, I see what appears to be a one-piece blade that does not resemble the one I received. br>I'm going to send it back.
None of them worked. Finally, this one functions flawlessly. For one thing, it's sharp, allowing me to expertly carve a thin spiral from a lemon peel. I can't say enough good things about this book.
Cheap! Here's a bartender who's been in the business for a while With channel knives like this, I've done tens of thousands of martini twists. They're great at making sure the zest goes where it's supposed to go. This knife has bent and is attempting to separate at the handle after three twists. It is a waste of time and money.
I wanted one after seeing one being used by the bartender at my company's holiday party. It's ideal for giving my cocktails new twists. I used to make my twists with a vegetable peeler, but I wasn't happy with the results. I was looking for a tool like this, and this is it. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.
You won't believe how well it channels! Lemons! Cucumbers are delicious! Oranges! Humans! This is the real deal! It's far too legitimate to give up!.
All events in my life are now divided into two categories: BCK and ACK (Before Channel Knife / After Channel Knife). I used a paring knife to cut lemon twists for my Manhattans before I got the Victorinox channel knife, which resulted in wide, jagged, ugly strips of rind that made my Manhattans look like they came from the third world. I felt terrible about it. There was a lot of self-doubt as a result of the situation. loathing. My cocktails now have lemon twists that I can be proud of now that I own the Victorinox Channel Knife (or "Victor," as I affectionately call it). Victorinox, I'd like to express my gratitude for everything you've done for me. Thank you very much.
This is a razor-sharp channel knife that does not appear to dull easily, which is fantastic. The only drawback is that it slices through the fruit's pith, altering the flavor profile of your drinks.
