That's why I rated it five out of five stars. It accomplishes its purpose, does so well, and is well constructed. In my hands, I despise the feel of flimsy tools.

I received a plastic cover that was completely empty! There is no product available! The item had gone missing, and I had only recently received an empty plastic cover!

For this specific purpose (citrus zesting), the best product available. I've tried other products, but they don't shave as well or as cleanly, and the zest is difficult to remove. If you like to zest, this product is well-designed and well-priced.

Lemon zest is frequently used in baking, so if you're a baker or want to be, You'll need a zester if you're going to bake. This one is fantastic, well-made, and has an excellent grip. br>br>It is a good investment because it should last for generations.
