To use the top rack of your dishwasher, we recommend you do so. to avoid dulling your zesting teeth or denting your dishwasher, we recommend you wash the zest by hand as over time some dishwashers can dull or dent them.

Is the plastic cover meant to be used for anything in particular?

It's my pleasure to answer! Maintaining zesters for a longer period of time is possible with this product. When you store the zesting teeth in your drawer, you need to use the cover to keep them protected. I will hold you up in my restaurant

In order to provide my restaurant with these, I purchased four. They're better than the last ones we had, especially compared to the last ones. We had a few ‘slips’ where they would catch a little skin prior to this. Plus the prior ones were slimmer and bent over time. On this one, there will be no slipups. For us, it has been a smooth zesting process. The zester has been built differently so that it can handle more pressure, especially when we are grating harder cheeses. We have so far been able to tackle any task we have thrown its way. To be completely honest, it's wonderful every once in a while to buy something that does what it claims to do.

This is a great Zester

I found exactly what I was looking for in this zester. Adding garlic, lemon, and cheese to this dish is effortless and easy to do. The thing I am using is constantly being put to use since I cook every meal at home. I like how it is sharp, but not so sharp that it feels dangerous, and/or not so rough that it makes something like a lemon feel rough. The plus side is that My hands also like the way it feels As much as I want, there is a handle on it to give me some It's one of the best zesters I've owned and would recommend it to anyone in need.

An essential for the kitchen

Item arrived on time and is a lemon grater that is ready for use. In reality, I ground my hard aged parmesean cheese to prove my Quality is similar to what you would find at Sur la Table or Williams Sonoma. tool is incredibly powerful at a price that everyone can afford. Last, but not least, I ground nutmeg, cumin, and a few hard household spices and it worked wonderfully.

It has a good flow and zing

Zester is great. I am so happy with it. There is a good flow to it and it's so smooth. I found it easy to clean up afterward as well. You may want to consider such an appliance if you want an overall zester for lemons, cheeses, and spices There's only one to choose from.
