Great, just not delivered on time

I requested a refund because the order did not arrive until the next day. I made a shipping label, but did not receive updates after that. An event that I was attending caused me to cancel my order when delivery was missed. Our surprise came 3 days later when we saw it on our doorstep. I was so happy to find that this method worked so well for grabbing crabs from boiling water! One of the best purchases I have ever made!.

Definitely bigger than expected, but there's nothing I can do about it. There is no comparison to quality. Construction made of metal is very sturdy. A lifetime of memories will be created.

After opening the box, I took a look inside. This gets five stars from me. When I opened the package, I laughed so hard that I threw up! I'm amazed at how big it is! The size is similar to that of a banjo or guitar! There was no way this could be that small! During the refund process, the company did not have any issues.
