A skimmer sock will be useful in this case, right?

In order to get a sock into the Skimmer Angel, a hole will have to be made in the sock as it attaches to the center of the skimmer basket. I think it would be possible to put a sock on the outside of the skimmer, but that might not be the best idea.

Can I still use my skimmer lid for a while, because I want to make sure I can close it again. In addition, why does it have to come in two packages?

It measures 12". My pool is equipped with skimmers on each end. Maybe that's why there are two packages in a box

The screws that attach this to the bottom of the skimmer are spaced how far apart? ?My baskets have a weight at the bottom that measures about 2 3/4 inches across. ?

This is a great place for scary creatures to perch! A handle can be added to your skimmer basket to make it easier to carry and to keep it stable, but it may also serve as a perch for creatures you've never seen before and that will haunt you at night

As it sticks out above the water, the fish grab it and climb up, then wait for you to reach out and grab it. Having bought two of these, I am searching for a more suitable alternative.

I enjoy them very much! As a result, my daughter and I are able to empty the skimmer baskets on our own without waiting for my husband, because neither of us would reach into the basket if there were spiders inside. My husband said that they were easy to install and that he took about five There is no need to kneel down in order to remove the baskets, which makes it really convenient. When the handle breaks off skimmer buckets, such a great number of them need to be replaced. I found this to be easy to install and very strong. The critters in the basket will not come in contact with our hands anymore.

I enjoy them very much! That means that no more sticking my hand all the way into the water to touch frogs, spiders, bugs, and moles on the bottom

However, there was only one major drawback the bolts were too short or too weak. It was a little bit of a challenge for my husband to modify it to fit our skimmers, but it was still worth the cost! It would have been nice to have bought them earlier! If you use a vacuum setup, be sure to keep an old basket wherever possible because the old basket would stick a lot higher than the skimmer basket and will not fit into the new vacuum set up. You still get what you pay for!.

My wife does as well. Installation is "relatively" easy and in use is very convenient, however, it makes cleaning out difficult and limits the number of chlorine tabs you can insert into your skimmer (if you add chlorine tabs). It is solved! That nasty basket removal is no longer an issue!.

In any case, I use a small garden rake tool to remove it. I no longer have to bend over as much at my age thanks to an extra foot and a half. Both my husband and son like that they do not have to put their hands in.

An angel that skims water

Over the years, I have had a skimmer angel on my pool skimmer. However, it broke at the beginning of this summer and could not be repaired. When I pull out the skimmer basket, I am not keen on sticking my hand in there. Hence, it's a great solution. I only gave it 4 stars because the handle barely sticks out of the water, and most of the time there is a baby frog sitting on top of it. A little bit longer is needed.

Skimmer handle is easy to find and much easier to install than I had to reach down into the deep end to find it. During the process of replacing the handles on two baskets, I used a broken handle on the first basket to replace the second. This is one of the really good finds that.
