When the handle gets hot, how hot is it?
Heat doesn't seem to be an issue there.
There is a shipping option that says prime shipping, but then when I click the check out, There is a shipping charge of $0.98. That doesn't sound good to me! ?

It is stronger and more durable to use 304 steel wire because it is thicker

I broke the handle after the eighth use - My only use for it was to remove blanched vegetables from boiling water, which was fairly light work

Hand washing has always been the norm, however the wire where it enters the handle popped loose during the last wash. I don't think it has separated, but it's There is a return window on this product that has closed, but it is only 4 months old.

It is not uncommon for me to have to fish out raviolis and other delicate foods from boiling water, since I'm a cook. Those types of jobs lend themselves well to this method. With a slotted spoon, water will get mixed in with your finished product. With this grate, water is not mixed in at all. I highly recommend this.

Skimmer or strainer made of steel

We package this metal strainer or skimmer safely, so it can be used quickly. This is a good article- Having made it, I found that it is longer than I expected. In soups, the handle makes it easy to strain since it is long enough to ensure that you are not near the immediate heat. The product was exactly what I required and I'd order it again if I needed it.

Boiling water items can be easily removed with this great tool! When I used this method to remove my spätzle from boiling water, it worked really well

At a fish fry with large cooking trays, these can be used to remove shrimps or large pieces of fish, etc. It also works great as a strainer for all purposes.
