Mold has a rounded edge form on the follower so that the bottom end of the mold also has a rounded edge. The follower has no impression of the ring left behind. In addition, the mold is very sturdy and is able to withstand 50 pounds of pressure very easily.

There are a few holes in it, Despite its small size, this mold makes great cheese. It seems that my cheese isn't as hard as the cheese I made with another mold because there are not as many holes. The only way to find out is through trial and error. Overall, though, this was a beautiful round-up Those edges on the cheese wheel are amazing!.
