Questions & Answers
Hello, Sherry. The threads in higher-grade cheesecloth are more densely woven together. Grade 50 is better for straining cheeses, whereas Grade 90 is better for straining liquids because it feels almost like regular fabric.
Yes, it is sufficient.
I'm not sure what the "best grade" is, but these were perfect for our wedding.
Mine was made of cotton.

The fabric is pleasant to the touch and not overly white. There was no strange odor or anything like that. For a more rustic look, I suggest lower thread counts. It's almost as if the higher threat count is too tidy. You should probably order two sets if you need a lot of draping fabric. Because this fabric is only one yard wide, it hangs down quite thinly. I think it would have been better if it had hung a little wider/thicker to give it more substance. This fabric would also be simple to dye, in my opinion. In my opinion, it is of very high quality. At my wedding, it was absolutely stunning!.
It arrived in a timely manner! For my upcoming wedding in August 2021, I also wanted to dye it a burnt orange color. It turned out beautifully, and it was a breeze to cut because it didn't have to be perfect! It yielded approximately 20 large table runners and one smaller one! I'm overjoyed because they came out beautifully and helped me save a lot of money! I'm hoping it'll be enough for 100 people, but if it isn't, I'll definitely buy more!.
I ordered two boxes, and we ended up with six total 40' runners, as well as enough accents for the backdrop and other parts. It drapes beautifully and looks great on the tables. For a wedding, I would highly recommend it!.
I intend to hand dye them after cutting them to the lengths I require. I could have gotten away with one box (I need sixteen 15-foot table runners and 130 18-by-18-inch napkins) because there was so much material in both boxes. I now have plenty of extra fabric to use for wedding arbor drapery, other tables, and whatever else I need! This was a fantastic investment! I'd suggest it.
This was exactly what I needed for my wedding decorations. I decided to make my own dyed cheesecloth table runners, napkins, and decor after seeing the prices of dyed cheesecloth table runners, napkins, and decor. This box provided me with far more than I required, but I was relieved to know that if I made a mistake, I would have a backup. The cheesecloth responded well to the dye and held up well after being dyed twice and washed.
It was easy to dye and did exactly what I wanted.
This was bought to protect elderberry bushes - Birds are protected. It's all on one continuous roll in this manner - It's simple to trim to the length you want. It's doing its job.
To make table runners for my wedding, I hand dyed this cheese cloth with Rit Dye! Our table settings received a lot of positive feedback. If you're going to dye it, I'd suggest doing a swatch test first. To complete this inexpensive DIY, I needed 6 bottles of Rit dye and a water-filled storage container.
