There are no rough edges around the edges. In order to lift off a can after its lid has been broken, you need a can opener that can break the seal between the lid and the top edge of the can. not nearly as sharp as it would be if opened with a standard can opener that would cut That being said, I'm disappointed with the opening of this show. Within just a few months of owning it, the lid has started to skip. The process is now less efficient than it used to be. It costs $8 at Walmart to purchase an identical model to this one. So far, there have been no skips in this 00 version.
As for washing it, I just hand wash it and quickly dry it. I don't put it in the dishwasher or soak it in water. Since it does not touch the food in the can, it does not get
It happens sometimes that I have difficulty opening a can. The only time I have turned a can upside down was the first time, but it has worked wonderfully 90% of the time. You may have dirty the can opener if you have had it for a while. The answer Nathan gave is also exactly what I would say.
It is not possible if they are stackable cans, which have their bottoms designed to nestle inside their tops. Nevertheless, if the bottom is exactly like the top, the answer is It is the best can opener I've ever had! Almost every time I use it, I find myself saying it out loud! I love it!

While it works, it isn't great. The ease of use and how there are no sharp edges are two of my favorites. There is only one problem we bought this perhaps a year or two ago, and it no longer works. Now, half of the lid is still attached when you open a can. There's an area of the can that I have to invert six or seven times before I can undo enough of it to be able to pull the top back. The lid has a couple of photos of what's left on it. The Cannon can opener I currently own is broken, so I'm looking to buy another one.
In order to replace a previous version that had lasted me well over a decade, I bought this one. While holding the can with the two handles, you twist the handles to grip it while squeezing together to grip. I had my own reservations about the new one - A design for the handle Unfortunately, the judges ruled in their favor. The can opener has been a disappointment to me. I have to open the can two at a time You need to lift the lid three times to get it off completely. You can save money if you save. Invest in the OXO version - it's worth more money Worked like a charm!.
The second entity is Amazon. Com didn't want to offer the "LIFETIME SATISFACTION GUARANTEE," a statement clearly stated in the bulleted list as the last bullet-- Below the price are bullet points (bullet points). As the Rep put it It had been a tough fight for her The repetitive use of a firm's products & services An argument that relies on a "return window" was sustained in order to prevent the return from taking place. In fact, the "return window" for a product with a "Lifetime Guarantee" is permanently open, as I pointed out more than once, three times to be precise. Unfortunately, she was not able to accept that. It was mandatory for me to demonstrate that I used to work for Amazon by providing details about their offices and cubicles. Amazon has a pretty unique work culture that is pretty hard to find elsewhere. In the shortest amount of time possible once I've proven my experience at Amazon & Co. Although she used an internal term, I received an immediate return, so I just received my replacement, though she did not seem one hundred percent friendly, so let's see if she did indeed return it. The replacement would arrive 3 days after ordering and would be provided for free This one was not broken, so there was no need to send it back. The name of her was difficult for me to recall, Mar+So (?) is pronounced like so (?). The update is Replacement parts were shipped through This is the name of the Rep This is an update on the "Marcell O" I replaced the pump, but after two weeks it stopped working.
There is something wrong with this can opener! Following many trial and errors, each time, it takes about 5 or 6 attempts to get the right one After grumbling for more than 10 minutes, I managed to open the Later, as I was trying to latch it to the rim of the can, I just wasn't successful. The plane simply spins in the air, as it has done on many occasions before. My can opener has broken so I have to find a new one, an old-fashioned, simple can opener which works 100% of the time. What's the big deal about opening the can's lower rim instead of the upper one? The novelty of something? Are there any new innovations? What is it for? There is only one thing we want to open a damn tuna can. I also dislike its bulky and heavy design, which doesn't fit neatly inside of my utensil drawer, but makes an important statement inside. There is a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE written on the website. A warranty is provided on this product that it is free of Please let us know if we do not meet your complete satisfaction. It is false that the warranty is lifetime. I used the can opener for only 7 months, and then it stopped working. On my way to Goodcook, I stopped. As the ad said the product comes with a lifetime warranty, I emailed them an inquiry. According to them, Amazon is the biggest retailer in the world. Due to the fact that it was posted, www. com is responsible for the warranty. I was told by the manufacturer of the safe cut opener that it had a life span of about 500 cans because of the thicker part of the can that has to be I think I have shown you everything you need to know. LIES ARE INVOLVED IN THE WARRANTY. ONLY 500 cans will be able to use it. As a result, I also received a $10 credit from Amazon. There is a false warranty that I hope will be removed It was my hope that I could help lower my impact on the earth's resources by purchasing this. Although the refund can be applied, adding another piece of plastic to the world does not change anything. I would not recommend buying.
My previous can opener started rusting, so I decided to replace it with GoodCook's Safe Cut Can Opener. In choosing this can opener for my wife, I looked at its ratings, its price range, and its small size, so it wouldn't take up as much room in our already cluttered house. An utensil drawer stuffed to the brim. In my opinion, it is quite interesting how it cuts the can on the outside versus the inside, which leaves an edge much less susceptible to getting cut. The cans with the solid lids are easy to use however, those with the solid lids are difficult. There are times when it doesn't grasp the can well. This may have something to do with the types of cans I'm using, or it may just be me, since my husband does not seem to have a In my opinion, I do not like it at all, and I have purchased a regular can opener.
When the key is turned clockwise, the cutting wheel is clamped. It took me a few cans to figure out what was going on. Turning the key counterclockwise will result in When the cutting wheel is turned clockwise, it In the event that you didn't know this, you might accidentally obtain the cutter in a pre-used state A can was hard to hold onto due to a tight grip. It also means that the opener's ambidextrous look is false. You will only be able to move one way. I also encountered problems getting it to work on very small cans, such as those that come in tomato sauce. If the case arises, it would probably be smart to stash a more conventional opening somewhere. I think this one will work on 90% or more of the cans, and it will take up less space in the drawer at the same time.
We'll see how long it lasts, but it feels solid.
I want to tell you that I urge you NOT to buy! Quite easy to operate, thanks to its simplicity With no sharp edges, this is extremely desirable, and I hope it lasts a lot longer than the 4 others I've used and endured in the past nine years! This was a 5 star rating The number of edits has been lowered to one It is barely possible to open a can after going around it multiple times after normal use for 4 months. A great deal of disappointment. I wasted my money on unnecessary things - don't do the same. I still haven't found a can opener that has lasted as long as this one did! My next step will be to look for a can opener that will last, however, I'm beginning to doubt that there is any available!.
