It is exceptionally fragile. First impressions of the product were positive, as it felt very heavy in the hands and appeared quite tough. I found that the product worked well right after I used it for the first time. I am very happy with it. In the second use, I was stirring very carefully, and noticed a sliver of a crack running up the side of the cup. My purchase left me extremely disappointed. In light of the fact that this was only my second use of the product, and it was broken during its intended application, I would either like to receive a new product or receive a refund.
Its walls are a lot thinner and more delicate than its bottom. After less than 3 months of use, my case cracked at the inside in two places. It isn't a good idea to ignore poor reviews. Perhaps Amazon's Choice is the best choice since you'll be back in a few months to shop?.
This mixing glass has been in our possession now for a few months, and we are happy with My wife and I used it last couple of times, and I noticed it had a My glass was always imperfect with small air bubbles in it. However, I thought they were cosmetic and did not worry about them. It seemed to crack as soon as we used it, no matter how often we used it. Our car has gotten to the point where we have to throw it away. It will break at any moment.
I love the look and feel of this cocktail mixing glass! I like that it has just the right size for mixing two drinks at a time and the heft of the bottom gives me confidence to stir vigorously without having to worry about it tipping over. Thanks to Greg from How to Drink, now I can be cool too!.
Although this mixing glass looks nice enough, it developed a hairline crack after making at least half a dozen cocktails in it. It is a very good price, but there are far better ones out there for just a few bucks more, so I suggest buying one of those.
Although this cocktail mixer is an extremely sophisticated one, it is very Since I had read other reviews about how fragile it is, I went about handling it carefully. My handwashing is the only way I have washed it, as I have not put it in a dishwasher. During the first two weeks of use, it developed an odd internal crack in the mixer wall.
It is the rather distracting pinkish tint to the color of the glass that drives me nuts. While the class appears CLEAR in the above depiction, this is not necessarily the case. That's not the case! Even though this color cast may not hinder you from stirring a decent Martini, I can assure you it won't be a good match for your fancy Martini glass or that fancy cut glass decanter you purchased to display your In case you are still having trouble visualizing the off-the-grid situation, here are some instructions When you think of the clear pink I'm describing, think of your grandmother's prized collection of pink Depression glass. The color of the thing is a little bit less pink than that, but it's pretty.
There is a lot of value in this- Mixing glass in a mix. It was my hope that crossing the ocean would lead to In comparison with the glass it replaces, this one is lighter However, the heavier one was broken when I dropped it, so maybe this one is better. It is a bit thinner than I would prefer, and the bottom is not quite as thick and heavy as I would prefer. The glass does not have the heft I am looking for.
The glass was extremely well packaged for shipping. An 'pouring beak' with a relatively pointed tip seems less likely to dribble than one with a rounded tip. In light of the price, the glass seems to be a good buy.
